I am an Empowerment and Identity Coach, Podcast Host, Speaker, and Enneagram 2, focused on helping you step out of overwhelm, people pleasing, and perfectionism so that you can live your most powerful, purposeful, and passionate life. The world needs your superpowers, your natural gifts and talents, your light. If you’re not sure how to answer the question “who am I?” or seem to keep having the same challenges over and over, it’s time to cut through all the BS and find the patterns and behaviours that are getting in the way so that you can thank them and let them go. I know you can because I did. After 10 successful years in real estate, I shut down my business and walked away. It didn’t fulfill me anymore. I knew that my fascination with how we are wired, my personal superpowers of nurturing and loving on people, combined with a degree studying how humans interact with their environments and stepping into formal coach training were a powerful combination.
