Liz Cotner, MA, SHRM-CP, is a dedicated HR professional with more than a decade of experience leading high performing teams of all sizes. Placing a high value on contributing to the industry she loves, Liz has taken an active role in her local and state level HR Associations, and was recognized as HR Young Professional of the year in 2016. Her people-first approach to problem solving has been recognized over the years while working with executives and senior leadership at various organizations to redesign and enhance their HR strategies from the ground up. Outside of work Liz manages Gulf Shore Adventures travel blog, highlighting Sarasota and Florida’s Gulf Coast. Liz enjoys exploring new adventures with her husband, family and friends and is always looking to develop new skills, relationships and perspectives on life.
