Our clients include a variety of users ranging from 1,000 to 400,000 square feet, both in Austin and worldwide. We have the capability to handle any transaction regardless of size or complexity.

1 Phase

Planning & Strategy Development

We work to establish priority goals and clear lines of communication. This step will include detailed discussion on needs (product types, budgets, sizes, configuration, locations, timing, etc) to ensure we have a clear understanding of project goals.

Accommodation Search

Upon agreement of objectives, we will canvass the market in order to uncover all opportunities which align with your needs. Research, demographics, comparisons, and physical tours. By the end of this phase, you will have a clear understanding of the market and viable options.

Site Analysis & Negotiation

We will guide you through the offer and counteroffer process until terms for the preferred option are agreed upon. Throughout this process we will provide counsel and expertise regarding all financial and operational variables. Upon selection of site and agreement of all terms, we will move to a lease or PSA.

Together with your legal representatives, we will facilitate the legal documentation process. We will coordinate to ensure that all terms are accurately reflected in the lease or PSA and will work with you and your legal counsel until execution. Secure Preferred Site 4 Phase Phase

Ongoing Support

Our team will be ready to help in capacity needed: Advice, introductions and RFP’s for vendor selections including design, CM’s, contractors, and FFE. We will organize and oversee all aspects of this phase to ensure a smooth transition with a minimum impact to your business.
