Ben is an emerging leader within Colliers DFW industrial platform. He and his team take an analytical approach and provide a fresh take for landlords and innovative supply chain real estate solutions for occupiers.
His core focus is representation of landlords and developers of industrial assets throughout the DFW area. In addition to representing a diverse mix of clients including public REIT’s, Industrial developers, industrial occupiers; Ben also provides operational and managerial support across the eightmember team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ben was a member of the Industrial Group with Holt Lunsford Commercial in Dallas, TX.

Noah has specialized in industrial real estate for the past 4 years and has directly brokered the sale of industrial assets totaling over $25 million in value. Noah received his Bachelors Degree as a double major in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Baylor University.

Taylor Quigley provides marketing and administrative support to the team. She focuses on creating and executing property marketing campaigns, tracking leasing activity, managing team pipelines and databases, and revenue invoicing to streamline the sales process and increase conversion rates. Taylor has over 10 years of experience supporting high volume sales teams across a variety of industries.

Chris specializes in the representation of users for industrial properties, including lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, finance, development, logistics and multi-modal services. His extensive experience enables him to forecast and anticipate industry trends for his clients.
Chris has been a leader within Colliers DFW’s industrial platform for 18+ years, teaming up with longtime partner, Tom Pearson. These two have provided logistics and industrial expertise for their wide client base and have been known as the pioneers of the now booming South Dallas industrial submarket. Chris is one of North Texas’s most accomplished industrial real estate specialists with more than 40 years experience in every area of industrial real estate. He is also an active member for Colliers’ national Logistics and Transportation Solution Group. Chris became a certified coach in 2014 and has coached young professionals in Colliers’ Acceleration Program for several years.
