Marshall Mays | Vice President
Marshall Mays is a Vice President in the Colliers Fort Worth office. Marshall has been in the commercial real estate industry in DFW for 10 years and brings with him valuable experience from time at both JLL and Holt Lunsford Commercial. He focuses on office project leasing, sales, tenant representation and business development in Tarrant County. Marshall’s experience working both sides of lease and sale transactions gives him valuable perspective to effectively execute creative leasing and sales strategies.
Mason Pritcher | Associate Vice President
Mason Pritcher is an Associate Vice President within the Colliers Office Agency Leasing team, where he is responsible for marketing and leasing of a diverse portfolio of office properties. Prior to joining Colliers, Mason worked as a Market Director at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where his analytical approach to problem solving helped him serve his portfolio of private and institutional clients.
Jack Beare | Associate Vice President
Jack Beare is an Associate Vice President within the Colliers Office Agency Leasing team, and is responsible for the leasing and marketing of a portfolio of office assets for both private and institutional investors. Prior to joining Colliers, Jack was a Market Director at HLC where he oversaw the leasing of a 2.4 million square foot portfolio.
Lauren O'Steen | Senior Client Services Specialist
Lauren O’Steen is a Senior Client Services Coordinator supporting the Agency Leasing team. Prior to joining Colliers, Lauren spent time in the commercial title industry, as a part of a high performing escrow team. She thrives in fast-paced work environments with high levels of relationship building skills and is valued for her organization to the Colliers Agency Leasing team.

We also leverage the other side—our occupier services group —to view issues through the tenant’s lens and better understand what is driving user groups and how that impacts our assets.
