Our investment sales experience gives us the financial analysis capabilities to look at a property from a valuation standpoint, including updating Argus runs and financial forecasts, which then informs the manner in which we develop and execute our leasing strategies from acquisition to disposition. This ability to provide expertise in both sales and leasing, gives us the capacity and means to truly serve an asset through the life cycle of the investment.
Additionally – we have a dedicated team of tenant representation brokers that we lean on to supplement our efforts. On top off continually presenting us with qualified leasing and sale prospects – they give us the additional market intel and experience we need to provide our clients with a multifaceted approach and strategy.

Doug has 26 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales, financial analysis, acquisitions, development and operations. Doug started his brokerage career in Dallas, TX moving to Austin in 2000. Doug has deep experience in investment sales, with a track record of closing multiple transactions per year.

Will has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing primarily in project leasing. Representing a wide range of local and institutional investors and developers, he is currently responsible for the leasing of an office portfolio in excess of one million square feet as well as new business sourcing. Before moving to Austin in 2016, Will began his brokerage career with Transwestern in Dallas where he executed over 100 lease transactions . He holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
