Place oil pan under the connection filter (1) and disconnect hoses (2) , (3)

Place fuel pan under the connection fuel injection pump (4) and disconnect the following hoses: hose (A) from fuel injection pump filter; hose (B) from water separator fuel injection; hose (C) from fuel injection pump tank; hose (D) from filter fuel injection pump

Loosen engine mounting bolt frame:

Remove 4 nuts (10) M16 and 4 washers

: Remove 2 capscrews (33) M16 , 2 capscrew (8) M16 and 4 washers

Remove plates (30) and (31) and covers (5) and (6)

Remove upper rubber mounts (32) and (7)

Remove 4 sems bolts (4) M10 X :

Remove air cleaner assembly (5) from bracket (6)

Air cleaner - Install

Attach air cleaner (5) using sems bolts (4) M10 X bracket (6) .

Attach hose (3) the end the air cleaner

T ighten clip (1) and (2) both sides hose (3) : 5.9 ( 4.4 )

Connect wire harness indicator (7) the air cleaner

: N·m ( )
