A frequent face at Bellingham Alive’s Meet the Chef events, Van Norman has worked at 13moons in Swinomish Casino Resort & Lodge for a few years now, building a reputation worthy of this award. His areas of expertise include working with native indigenous ingredients and identifying and preparing the freshest seafood varieties.
MOD — or Made on Demand — does just what they say they do. The pizzas, which are customizable at no additional cost per topping, are cooked quickly in a giant wood-fired oven. Take a pie to go or stay and enjoy the MOD-ern atmosphere. Side note: Their caramelized pear iced tea is to die for.
