Society Secretary, Kevin Ayres, said the 30 submissions to the 11 classes were of a very high standard. First place went to Stella Mills who filled a jam jar
from the garden and earnt a £10 gift voucher from the centre. Goodwins Hall, King’s Lynn, who entered 10 of the 11 classes, received a £5 voucher from the centre for producing a good sized crop of potatoes from one root in a bucket.
