Custom design, every time. NOTEables comes standard with four-color process decoration to help your logo stand out on any of our exceptional products. DECORATING METHODS & RELATED CHARGES Four-color process (or CMYK) printing
All products are printed with 4-color process inks which allows you to print anywhere from 1 color up to four-color process imprints. Four-color process provides full color, full detail imprints. We recommend to supply us with an accurate color printout of what you are trying to achieve in terms of layout and color.

Flood Coats
There is no charge for flood coats up to 50%. Please add 15% to unit price for heavy ink coverage (i.e., ink coverage over 50% of the sheet). Please specify on your order the % of color for your flood coat.
Pantone Matches
Due to the printing processes, exact Pantone colors cannot be achieved; therefore, all colors will be converted to the closest possible CMYK color match. If a PMS color is not referenced, we match as closely to the following: Blue (PMS 293), Burgundy (201), Green (347), Orange (021) and Red (185). When color is critical, we recommend a color proof.
Minimum Imprint Guidelines
• 6 pt. min. font size for scratch and adhesive notepads. • 8 pt. min. for cube sides.
Bleeds
For imprints that bleed (extend to the extreme edge of the final product), art should extend 1/8” beyond the final trim size. Please note that pads with bleeds will be undersized by 1/8” on all sides. For imprints that do not bleed, artwork should be kept 1/8” inside the final trim size. Camera-Ready Art

• We accept mailed in “camera-ready art’; this format is subject to review and may incur an art charge. Art must be flat, hi-resolution, black and white line art, to size. • Art must be color-separated with proper registration marks; one piece for each color. • To have artwork returned, you must include an addressed return envelope with proper postage with your request. Artwork will be retained for 13-months, and then discarded.

Miscellaneous
• Unless otherwise specified, artwork will be maximized to fit the standard decoration size and placed in the standard decoration area. • Unless otherwise stated on the order, we reserve the right to stack copy to achieve the best appearance for your imprint. • Artwork will be held on file for 13 months. Repeat orders submitted after that time will require new artwork and set-up charges as applicable. • Orders requesting custom imprints without acceptable artwork will NOT be eligible for special rush production services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Orders
• The following must be confirmed in writing: decorated orders, changes to blank or decorated orders, reorders. Please also include previous purchase order number and date where applicable. • Changes to your order may result in changes to the original ship date.
Order Acceptance
All orders are binding upon the corporation only after acceptance by NOTEables. To receive order acknowledgement, please provide an email address on the purchase order. Production time begins upon receipt of complete order and approval of artwork and credit. Add 3 business days for production proofs. Adhesive and non-adhesive notepads, scratch pads: Standard production time is 5 business days. Note cubes and pen & paper packs: Standard production time is 10 business days. Larger orders and custom imprints may require more production time. Orders submitted in October – December may require additional lead times due to the seasonal rush.
Production Proofs
• Must be approved same day of receipt to avoid production delays. • Customer changes to proofs will cause additional costs and new lead times. • Production times: - E-Proof: 3 business days (required on orders over $1,000). - Color Paper Proof: 3-5 business days (required on orders over $5,000 and recommended when color matching is critical). - Production Proof (produced with no adhesive): 5 business days.

Black/White Electronic Proof: No charge. Virtual Sample: No charge. Color Proof: $30 (G) plus shipping. Production proof: $250 (Z) plus shipping.

Over- and Under-Runs
• Factory reserves the right to ship and bill orders +/- 5% of specified quantity. Shortages will not be fulfilled.
Samples Turnaround
• Actual spec samples: 3-5 working days. • Virtual spec samples: 1-2 working days (digital images of the product with the imprint applied; will be e-mailed in .pdf format).

FOB Kansas. Scratch pads are FOB Arizona. All shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Please supply complete shipping address (no P.O. Boxes allowed). Please specify commercial or residential location upon ordering. We will use NOTEables preferred carriers, unless a specific carrier is requested and a shipper number is provided. • Quote may be requested for shipping via overland truck. • We do not assume responsibility for time delays in transit. Factory responsibility ceases when merchandise is in the possession of the carrier. • NOTEables is not responsible for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.
Delivery
• Multiple drop shipment charges (catalog quantities only): $3.75(G) per location plus insurance and freight.

48-Hour Rapid Response
Standard adhesive and non-adhesive notepads and scratch pads are available with 48-hour rush service. To be eligible for this service, purchase orders must include complete order details accompanied with acceptable artwork. Rapid Response is available on catalog quantities and prices printed in standard locations only. If received in accordance with the parameters listed below, the order will ship in two business days. • Complete order, including vector-based electronic artwork must be received at orders@mynoteables.com with “Rapid Response” and purchase order number in subject line before 1:00pm EST. • Rapid Response and Promo Code RN must be designated on the order and in artwork submission. • Artwork e-mail must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, purchase order number, item number(s), PMS color, format used. • Rapid Response timeline begins upon order confirmation/resolution, approved artwork & credit, and approval of proof if applicable. • Proofs will not be provided unless requested. If requested, proof will be returned by 3pm and must be approved by 5pm on the same day as order submission. • Maximum of three drop ships only. • Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance. • FedEx is recommended. Custom carriers may be used. Please note: carrier’s availability for pick-up may impact lead times and, therefore, delivery date cannot be guaranteed. • Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), insertions or other special handling. • NOTEables is not liable for delays due to acts of God or shipping carrier. • Does not apply to cubes, pen & paper packs and custom shapes or imprints.
Claims
Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for any shortages, damages or discrepancies. If you have a damaged shipment, original packaging must be retained for claim evaluation.
Cancellations
• All cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted. • Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor expended to date, including shipping costs.
Product Warranties
• All NOTEables products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice date. • Defective products may be returned for credit or replacement. • Decorated products returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and redecorated with original artwork free of charge. • Decorated products returned after 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and returned undecorated. • Warranty does not apply to products decorated by someone other than NOTEables.

Returns
Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for a return goods authorization number and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory. • All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include a NOTEables return authorization number. • Returns for decorated goods not due to a NOTEables error will not be accepted. • Charges are posted to the customer’s current balance. • All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating. • For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify shipments for style, quantity and color.
Disclaimer Policy
• Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. • Due to manufacturing tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations. • We are not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or Customs interventions. • Black imprints will be used, unless otherwise specified.

The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any such laws, and NOTEables hereby disclaims any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or other material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the factory’s use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.
