Most Adva-Lite items are available with 24-hour rush service for no additional charge. To be eligible for this service, purchase orders must include complete order details accompanied with acceptable artwork. Rapid Response is available on catalog quantities and prices with 1-color, 1-location screen print or pad print in standard locations only. If received in accordance with the parameters listed below, the order will ship the next business day. • Complete order, including vector-based electronic artwork must be received at orders@advalite.com with “Rapid Response” and purchase order number in subject line before 1:00pm EST. • Rapid Response and Promo Code RR must be designated on the order and in artwork submission. • Artwork e-mail must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, purchase order number, item number(s), PMS color, format used. • Rapid Response timeline begins upon order confirmation/resolution, approved artwork & credit, and approval of proof if applicable. • Proofs will not be provided unless requested. If requested, proof will be returned by 3pm and must be approved by 5pm on the same day as order submission. • Maximum of three drop ships only. • Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance. • FedEx is recommended. Custom carriers may be used. Please note: carrier’s availability for pick-up may impact lead times and, therefore, delivery date cannot be guaranteed. • Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), insertions or other special handling. • Adva-Lite is not liable for delays due to acts of God or shipping carrier. Offer subject to stock availability.
Claims Production Charges
Proofs • Black/White Electronic Proof: No charge. • Virtual Sample: No charge. • Production Proof: $40.00(G) plus price of item, set-up charges and shipping. We may require a production proof due to the complexity of artwork and/or size of order. If a production proof is Required, set-up charges will be applied to your order if no further alterations occur.
Samples • Self Promo (PSA): EQP minus 25% plus set-up charges and shipping. • Spec Sample: EQP minus 40% plus set-up and shipping. Limit 3 samples per style. • Random Sample: EQP minus 25% plus shipping.
Pricing
• Prices are subject to change without notice. • Ink color changes within a minimum quantity run will incur a $30(G) charge per change.
Over- and Under-Runs
Factory reserves the right to ship orders +/- 5% of specified quantity. Shortages will not be fulfilled. Add $50(G) for exact quantity.
Samples Turnaround
• Actual spec samples: 3-5 working days. • Virtual spec samples: 1-2 working days (digital images of the product with the imprint applied; will be e-mailed in .pdf format).
Services
• Insertions: $0.50(G) per item (decorated orders only). • Mailers: please inquire with factory as to size needed for each product.
Shipping
• The following items are FOB NY; All other items are FOB FL. Factory responsibility ceases when merchandise is in the possession of the carrier. • Adva-Lite is not responsible for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.
Delivery
• Multiple drop shipment charges: $3.75(G) per location plus insurance and freight.
Packaging
All products come in the standard packaging indicated. Please contact your promotional products representative with any special packaging requests.
Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for any shortages, damages or discrepancies. If you have a damaged shipment, original packaging must be retained for claim evaluation.
Cancellations
• All cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted. • Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor expended to date, including shipping costs.
Product Warranties
• All Adva-Lite products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice date. • Defective products may be returned for credit or replacement. • Decorated products returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and redecorated with original artwork free of charge. • Decorated products returned after 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and returned undecorated. • Warranty does not apply to products decorated by someone other than Adva-Lite.

Returns
Please contact us within 5 days of product delivery for a return goods authorization number and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. No replacement or credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to the factory. • All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include an Adva-Lite return authorization number. • Returns for blank goods not due to a Adva-Lite error incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs. • Returns for decorated goods not due to a Adva-Lite error will not be accepted. • Charges are posted to the customer’s current balance. • All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating. • For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify shipments for style, quantity and color.
Disclaimer Policy
• Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. • Due to manufacturing tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations. • We are not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or Customs interventions.
