It’s my pleasure to introduce you to my signature furniture collection from Klaussner Home Furnishings.

If you’ve watched my cooking show (Trisha’s Southern Kitchen) on Food Network, you know my recipes aren’t fancy — more what you’d call comfort food. Well, I think of my furniture collection the same way, as comfort furniture, furniture that’s comfortable to sit on, stretch out on and put your feet up on. Furniture for the way you really live.

The furniture in my collection is straightforward, honest, simple without being plain, crafted for comfort and, like my mama’s potato salad, it goes with everything. As you look at the furniture, I hope you’ll be able to see the hard work we put into creating it. Every color, every surface and finish, every piece of hardware was chosen to reflect my taste and style, my love of ease and comfort.

In a way I feel like creating this collection has been my way of opening my home to the world… and I really hope you feel welcome.

Coming Home is a collection of familiar things, tangible and intangible, that feed my soul. It’s that sense of “all is well” that embraces you as you step through the doorway. It’s that feeling of comfort where nothing needs to be said but you know you’ve just been greeted by your best friend. My latest addition to the Trisha Yearwood Home Collection is called City Limits. Klaussner and I have always been on the same page when it comes to furniture that feels as good as it looks, furniture that’s comfortable to sit on, stretch out on, and put your feet up on. For this new collection, we watched industry trends that are leaning toward lighter forms, cleaner lines…a fresh, more modern look. City Limits reflects that, with custom-designed hardware, multi-layered dark chocolate finishes on wirebrushed veneers for an easy-to-live-with feel. We’re also mixing materials, using metal, stone, and wood together for a more personal, eclectic touch. I’m listening to what the industry wants while staying true to my mantra that comfort and function come first! I hope you love City Limits as much as I do!

Trisha’s Hometown embraces fond memories of life’s greatest moments. Comforting nods to timeless designs are mixed in with current trends to form a collection with instant heirloom qualities.

INFLUENCE:

Most people know I grew up in a small town. Monticello, Georgia, population (about 2,600) and I know just about everybody that still lives there. I describe my hometown as a magical place of integrity, grit, and great beauty. (You should see the dogwood-lined streets!)

I carry my hometown with me everywhere I go and with everything I do from music, to cooking, to furniture. I’ve gotten to do a lot of big-time things in my life, but I’ll always be that Monticello hometown girl.

Every furniture collection I’m a part of at Klaussner keeps that small town girl in mind. It made perfect sense to name the new collection “Trisha’s Hometown” because it represents that easy, comfortable lifestyle, and reminds me of the strength and integrity of the people who raised me. My father built me a bookcase when I got my first apartment, because he wanted me to have something sturdy that would last, but wouldn’t break the bank. He believed in affordable quality and that’s something he instilled in me.

Trisha’s Hometown furniture pieces are durable, affordable, comfortable, and beautiful. They feel at home in any setting, and complement my other TY collections. Each piece is named after a person or place in Monticello. This may be my most personal collection yet. I hope you love “Trisha’s Hometown” as much as I do. It certainly has this small town girl’s approval!
