Entering the fitness field as a personal trainer, I quickly seen how important the diet truly is for health. Herbalife gives me an opportunity to not only help people modify their diets, but also teach free fitness classes in our community! Hobbies: working out, personal development, reading,football, basketball, traveling Role Models: My favorite role model growing up was Kobe Bryant! The competitive nature rubbed off on me growing up! Family: Grandmother Ellen Spinks, Grandfather Caldwell Spinks, Mother Racheal Brower, Sister Lashaunda Brower, Sister Latisha Brower, Brother Randy a Brower What makes my day ? Helping someone hit their fitness goals when someone tells me they lost their goal weight, or gained, even maintain, it makes my day. Best Advice: Staying consistency and being real with yourself are the most important parts of the journey! Keep yourself accountable is the key. if you do those simple things you’re already half way to your goals. Best Memory: Teaching my first fitness class at Southeastern Randolph Middle School. My sister took my first picture and passed away the next day. These classes mean the world to me! Other Information: I am a strong believer in serving the community! I look forward to really being back in the community I was born and raised in! To be able to give our kids and families in this area a resource of positivity means the most to us, and the culture we look to build in a Ramseur!
