Located in Liberty Station, San Diego, this karaoke bar was designed by converting a historic former barracks into a dynamic and social venue. The project focused on creating an immersive environment where guests could engage in karaoke, participate in cocktail classes, and enjoy a vibrant, communal atmosphere. A key aspect of the design was preserving the building s original architectural character, including its existing doors, windows, and structural elements. This respect for the historical integrity of the space was balanced with modern upgrades to meet contemporary needs. To improve functionality, the space was expanded to include a commercial kitchen and more spacious restrooms. The design is a unique blend of historic preservation and modern hospitality design, offering a fresh and memorable experience in a culturally rich setting.

This apartment is located in San Diego, California, within a residential building that offers stunning views and modern amenities. The design takes full advantage of the scenic surroundings, especially in the social areas such as the kitchen, dining, and living rooms allowing natural light and outdoor views to become key elements of the interior experience. The project involved a complete remodel for two sisters who envisioned a shared home that would reflect both of their personalities while maintaining a cohesive and feminine design language. Their goal was to create a space that felt both elegant and inviting, blending comfort.
The layout includes a kitchen with an island, a dining room, a living room, an office, a laundry closet, and two bedrooms one with a private bathroom and the other with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom features custom colors and designs, ensuring a personalized space for each sister. The final design achieves a modern, unique, and glamorous apartment.

This classroom, located in the Art and Design Building at San Diego State University, serves as a dedicated space for Interior Architecture students to design, create, and present their projects. The remodel aimed to transform the existing space into a modern, functional, and visually engaging environment, fostering creativity and collaboration. The design introduces contemporary materials, improved lighting, and integrated technology to support both creative exploration and academic performance. With an emphasis on flexibility and inspiration, the space encourages collaboration, innovation, and hands-on learning, aligning with the evolving needs of the program and its students.
The layout was thoughtfully designed to feature distinct areas: a main classroom, a seating area, a presentation lounge, and a small office that doubles as a storage room. This arrangement creates welldefined spaces for various activities, ensuring a more organized classroom and enhancing the overall student experience.
