Dr. Sharon Long-Stokes Dr. Sharon Long-Stokes has been practicing dentistry for 19 years. She has had a passion for the dental profession since the age of five. Her legacy began with her father, Dr. Durel Gray Long. She worked with him every summer for six years while she attended middle and high school and knew this was her destiny. She graduated from Howard University with a B.S. in microbiology and a minor in chemistry and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Long-Stokes continues her education in dentistry through numerous institutes for advanced study.
