A whole new world

Have you ever heard that once start to fall in love, you’ have opened a door to a whole new world ? This is my personal intrepitation of the new beginning of love. the silhouette of this artwork is 2 hearts being connected to symbolize the love between two person and are surrounded by the creatures from the Eden Garden to represent the idea of the new begining. I’ve used several mediums such as pearls, crystals, thread and even sewed on the paper to create dimensions and represent the new life chaoticness.

The Kennedy

I did a collaboration project with Rodarte for my schoolwork. The whole collection is a tribute to the ex rst lady of USA “Jaqueline Kennedy”. I came up with idea of what she would have worn in the today’s age. The pieces are based on her personal style with my own take on modern twist from clothing to accessories.

Hereditary Dynasty

Since my family is Thai-Chinese, which means I’ve grown up seeing two beautiful traditions mixing in the best way possible. “Yaowarat China Town” is the only place in Bangkok, Thailand that I feel most connected to my Chinese root. During Lunar New Year, there’s always celebrations and decorations ,which my favorite thing is LION DANCE.

This collection is inspired by Lion dance costume. The designer deconstructed the lion dance costume to a new wearable garment forms.

Expulsion from Wonderland

“Follow me, come and get illusion”

This collection is inspired by Alice in Wonderland and the theory that says all the characters and everything was effected from drugs. The designer developed the idea of “What they are on drugs and live in Wonderland ?” by adding distortions to the silhouette adding steel inside of fabrics, adding different color chiffons to make a color illusion 3D embroidery.

Money Tapestry

Money Tapestry is a wearable art collection that is inspired by my favorite artist “Grayson Perry”. Her work is all about chaos in life, which is presented in the most vibrant and maximal way. I developed this idea to the garments by using layers of different fabric and color to create turbulent dimension along with crystal embroidery and creative materials to form illusion and lines. All of these to symbolize disorder and confusion.

Before the Fall

This collection is inspired by Rococo art, silhoette from costumes that people wear in the . The designer use draping technic to create an asymmetric and curvy effect. Theatrical and ornamental style of rococo are presented in the details and colors. Resin cupid sculpture, 3d embroidery and prints on prints technic are added to embody the “more is more” of the Rococo era.

“If love is like a movie , mine would be a comedy film” pumatonic

I have a song called “comedy film” available to listen on all streaming platforms. Comedy film is a heartbreak bedroom pop song based on a true personal story. Taylor Swift taught me that if you start writing, you can turn your past into a legacy.

All the processes are done by myself from scratching, writing lyrics and designing the single cover to publish.

The single cover is inspired by old hollywood film posters and I heard lots of people saying that love is like a movie. Therefore, I had this metaphor that if love is really like a movie, mine would be a Comedy film.
