4. How does these machine works:



The Injectable dry Powder Filling Machine with rubber stopper unit is having vari-speed S.S. Slat chain Conveyor with optional Turn Table at in-feed & out-feed.



When the machine starts Vials are feed from Turn Table. Product wheel will separate the vials, Powder is comes from the Hopper, Suck

by Filling wheel & then fill in to vial by piston assembly fitted in Filling Wheel.



Now, filled vials are travel to Stopping Station, Rubber stopper are comes from the hopper by chute one by one with the help of vibratory system. Rubber stopper puts on vials & press wheel are press the stopper on vials. Now, Filled & Stopper vials are goes to discharge end
