Our unique double wall design can stand up to the hardest day’s work. It’s built from 12 gauge high-tensile steel sheet with inner and outer liner continuously welded to a durable one-piece .188” AR200 steel floor.

During tests, Hardox 450 showed significantly less dents and drop damage than regular steel. During the testing, it was repeatedly exposed to impacts from a 300 kg weight dropped from a height of 2 meters.

GRAVEL BOXES

Built with the user in mind

Renn gravel boxes have built-in toughness and are designed to carry large loads easily and efficiently.

Debris-shedding outer sides are formed from a 50,000 lb. yield high tensile steel sheet that comes with a formed top rail and plank brackets.

The smooth sloped box interior is specifically designed to reduce material buildup.

The conventional box is availabe in either doghouse or flat-front—you choose the design that suits your needs best. Both come with fully welded and gusseted trunion mounts for easy installation.

Built with unwavering strength and dependability, Renn gravel boxes are coated with a preservative primer and ready to install.

THE ROCK BOX

The Renn Rock Box is built from impact resistant HARDOX 450 plate, enabling the box to withstand the extreme wear and tear of more rugged materials such as boulders and demolition debris.

Tailgate

The dirt shedding Hardox gate comes in either a sloped or straight style and is lined with 3/16” Hardox 450. Spreader chains are included. Also available in a High Lift version or with 12” setback hinges.

HARDOX wear steel has a high and uniform hardness. This enables the steel to resist wear very effectively and have much higher resistance to sliding wear than ordinary steels.

Renn pups are designed and manufactured to meet the needs of gravel haulers. With a Renn gravel pup trailer behind your truck, you double your payload every trip, which at the end of the day, puts more money in your pocket.

A heavy duty wide-flange beam frame creates a strong durable frame that withstands the rough conditions of the daily grind. Renn pups come with fourteen-foot (tandem axle) or seventeen-foot (triple axle) boxes and are available with spring or air-ride suspensions.

All Renn pup boxes and frames are sandblasted, phosphate washed, primed and coated with urethane paint, using a state of the art paint process to ensure long-lasting protection.

The wiring is fully enclosed and utilizes a modular wiring harness that protects against moisture, corrosion and damage.

The SL3300 is designed to take the most punishing work and provide the biggest payload without extra effort.

The 40 ton capacity hoist with five lift stages makes for faster offloading. Control and stability is provided by a beefy suspension with a 60” axle spread.

Because of the wide track and the HD 22,500 lb. axles, handling heavy loads is safer and more effective. For increased raised box stability the airbag system auto-dumps when the box is raised.

We built the box tough. The outer sides are formed with 12 gauge high tensile steel and the interior is designed with smooth slopes and corners. The floor is a solid one piece 3/16” plate that can handle the toughest loads.
