‫تتخذ جزيرة اليانج اليانج (والتي تعني «الطائرة‬ ‫الورقية») خطى سريعة نحو التربع فوق عرش‬ ‫جزء الغوص لتصبح ثاني أفضل وجهة غوص‬ ‫بعد جزيرة سيبادان ذائعة الصيت على‬ ‫مستوى العالم‪.‬‬ ‫تقع هذه الجزيرة المحيطية في بحر الصين‬ ‫الجنوبي على بعد حوالي ‪ 300‬كم تقريبًا من كوتا‬ ‫كينابالو التي تعد عاصمة والية صباح‪.‬‬ ‫تضم هذه الجزيرة مترامية األطراف منتجع‬ ‫غطس فاخر يتسع لـ ‪ 90‬غرفة كما تضم قاعدة‬ ‫بحرية ماليزية بل وتعتبر موطنًا للعديد من الطيور‬ ‫المهاجرة فوق البحار‪ .‬تتألف تضاريس الجزيرة‬ ‫ش َعب كثيفة وصلبة‬ ‫من الشعب المرجانية من ُ‬ ‫يطفو معظمها فوق سطح البحر مع ظهور تيارات المد‬ ‫المنخفض‪ ،‬إال أنه بإمكانك إيجاد معظم هذه الشعاب‬ ‫تظهر بداية من عمق خمسة أمتار ونزوال ً حتى أكثر‬ ‫المناطق عمقًا في قاع المحيط‪.‬‬ ‫ال يخلو هذا المكان الساحر األخاذ من الحيوانات‬ ‫البحرية حيث يوجد الكثير منها حول مواقع الغطس‬ ‫األربعة عشر‪ .‬وهذه الحيوانات تضم أسماك القرش‬ ‫الساحلية ذات الزعانف السوداء‪ ،‬وأسماك القرش من‬ ‫فصيلة أبو مطرقة‪ ،‬وأسماك الجد او العقام أو البركودة‪،‬‬ ‫وأسماك الببغاء (الحريد) بارزة الرأس‪ ،‬والسمك‬ ‫األسد‪ ،‬وسمك العربيد‪ ،‬والسالحف البحرية‪ ،‬وأسماك‬ ‫الالفقاريات من فصيلة (‪ ،)Nudibranches‬وسمك‬ ‫الجوبي (‪ ،)Goby‬وسمك الشبح (‪.)Ghost pipefish‬‬ ‫الوصول الى هنا‬ ‫جوا‬ ‫ًّ‬ ‫تقع أقرب نقطة لالنطالق إلى اليانج اليانج في كوتا‬

with onions Ingredients 1.6 kg/3lb 8oz lamb breast, boned, rolled and tied with kitchen string fine salt and freshly ground white pepper 2 tbsp dripping or vegetable oil 1.6 kg/3lb 8oz onions, thinly sliced 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 2-3 tbsp anchovy essence (or several finely chopped anchovies), or to taste 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Preparation method Preheat the oven to 150C/300F/Gas 2.

Season the lamb with salt and freshly ground white pepper. Melt the dripping or oil in a large, lidded roomy casserole dish until hot. Place the lamb breast into the casserole dish, turn down the heat and colour well on all sides, until golden-brown. Lift out the meat and remove all fat from the dish with a spoon.

Add half of the onions to make a bed of onions on which to rest the lamb and add the lamb back into to the dish. Tuck in the bay leaf and cover with the remaining onions.

Cut a circle of greaseproof paper slightly bigger than the diameter of the dish. Dampen it,

lightly grease one side, and press it onto the onions (greased side down). Put on the lid cook in the oven for about three hours. After an hour, remove the dish to see whether the onion mixture has reduced and to check that the natural juices are running. Scrape down the side of the dish if the onions have stuck.

Replace the paper and lid and place the dish into the oven again.

After about three hours of cooking (check after another hour), push a skewer into the lamb to see how tender it is; there should be little resistance. Lift out the meat, put it into a small roasting tin and cover with foil. Turn down the oven to 140C/275F/Gas 1, and return the meat to the oven while you finish the onions.

Remove the bay leaf from the onions and drain the onions, reserving the cooking juices. Put the onions back into the casserole. Remove any fat that has settled on the surface of the cooking juices. Pour the liquid back in with the onions, and simmer until the volume of liquid has reduced by half. Stir in the vinegar and anchovy essence.

Season the onions to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Finally, stir in the parsley.

Remove the lamb from the oven (if any meaty juices have exuded from the resting lamb, add them to the onions), cut off the strings and thickly slice the meat. Arrange the slices onto a hot serving dish and pile the onions alongside. www.kioskmagazine.net 42

Since gastrointestinal mucosa is constantly exposed to reactive oxygen species from various sources, the presence of antioxidants may contribute to the body’s natural defenses against inflammatory diseases.

HYPOTHESIS: To define the polyphenols extracted from dried apple peels (DAPP) and determine their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential in the intestine.

Caco-2/15 cells were used to study the role of DAPP preventive actions against oxidative stress (OxS) and inflammation induced by ironascorbate (Fe/Asc) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS), respectively.

RESULTS: The combination of HPLC with fluorescence detection, HPLC-ESI-MS TOF and UPLCESI-MS/MS QQQ allowed us to characterize the phenolic compounds present in the DAPP (phenolic acids, flavonol glycosides, flavan3-ols, procyanidins). The addition of Fe/Asc to Caco-2/15 cells induced OxS as demonstrated by the rise in malondialdehyde, depletion of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and alterations in the activity of endogenous antioxidants (SOD, GPx, G-Red). However, preincubation with DAPP prevented Fe/Asc-mediated lipid peroxidation and counteracted LPS-mediated inflammation as evidenced by the down-

regulation of cytokines (TNF-α and IL-6), and prostaglandin E2. The mechanisms of action triggered by DAPP induced also a down-regulation of cyclooxygenase-2 and nuclear factorκB, respectively. These actions were accompanied by the induction of Nrf2 (orchestrating cellular antioxidant defenses and maintaining redox homeostasis), and PGC-1α (the “master controller” of mitochondrial biogenesis).

CONCLUSION: Our findings provide evidence of the capacity of DAPP to reduce OxS and inflammation, two pivotal processes involved in inflammatory bowel diseases.

When Raymond Li decided to build a jetpack propelled by water instead of rocket fuel, most of his friends thought he had gone crazy. Worse, engineers told him it would be impossible to manage the water’s mass and thrust to keep it stable in the air.

Li, however, figured that if he attached a hose to his pack, and put the engine and water pump in a separate vessel that dragged behind him, he could seriously reduce his weight, and therefore the amount of thrust needed to stay aloft. In theory, a stiff hose filled with heavy, pressurized water would also add drag to stabilize the jetpack for better forward flight control.

It took four prototypes and more than 200 flight tests to get it right. But now, with a mere 30-pound pack, the Jetlev-Flyer is almost ready for production, generating 430 pounds of thrust and letting Li fly forward at 22 mph up

to three stories high. His next unit will get up to 35 mph. Want one? Late this year, the craft will go on sale—just be ready to dish out close to 130 grand.

How the Jetlev-Flyer Works SUPPORT Li built the backrest out of fiberglass, glued a thick layer of rubber foam to the front so it wouldn’t sink when he takes off and lands, and attached a four-point racecar-style harness to lock himself in. He also added a crotch belt, a unicycle-like seat and an acrobat’s trapeze for a footrest; all help to keep the operator in optimal flying position.

POWER Li custom-built the first boat unit out of plywood and fiberglass, but his latest prototype is an extensively modified Jet-Ski with a 215-horse-

power engine, which powers an onboard pump attached to it by a direct-drive shaft. The pump connects to a 33-foot-long, four-inch-diameter polyester-and-rubber hose. The production craft, a smaller and lighter pod, will come with a 260hp engine.

THRUST The Y-shaped assembly on the back, as well as the jet nozzles and the handlebars that steer them, are custom-fabricated aluminum tubes. Li attached the assembly to the harness above the body’s center of gravity so that, in flight, the operator is suspended beneath it. He takes off from the water, hits a trigger on the handgrip to start the pump on the pod behind him, turns the throttle, and two streams of high-velocity water of up to 60 psi lift him as high as 30 feet in the air. To go forward, he pushes down slightly on the handlebars, angling the nozzles to a maximum of 45 degrees.

‫سالم جناب آقای محمدی نیا‬ ‫من و همسرم دانشجوی دکترای در دانشگاه یو پی ام و از کسانی‬ ‫هستیم که همیشه مقاله های شما را در مجله کیوسک دنبال‬ ‫میکنیم و بسیار هم ممنون و سپاسگزاریم‪ .‬هم از شما و هم از مجله‬ ‫خوب و مفید كيوسك‪.‬‬ ‫شما در یکی از مقاالت خود قوانین بحث کردن و حل مسئله را‬ ‫بیان کردید اما متاسفانه هیچ اشاره ای نکردید که‪ ,‬وقتی بین ما‬ ‫و همسرمان اختالف و درگیری بوجود می آید‪ ،‬چگونه می توانیم‬ ‫این اختالف و درگیری را حل کنیم‪ .‬روشهای حل اختالف و تضاد‬ ‫چیست؟ واقعا هم هیچکس هیچ آموزشی به ما نمی دهد‪ ،‬نه‬ ‫خانواده‪ ،‬نه دوستان و نه دولت‪ .‬ما ازدواج کردیم و شما خودتان‬ ‫متخصص هستید و می دانید که بعد از ازدواج صدها مشکل بین‬ ‫زن و شوهر رخ میدهد اما هیچکس ما را راهنمایی نمی کند که‬ ‫چگونه می توان تضادها و اختالفات را حل کرد‪ .‬مثال من دوست‬ ‫دارم همسرم هم با من به ایران بیاید اما ایشان مخالفت می کنند و‬ ‫می گویند من نمی آیم‪ .‬بر سر مسائل مالی با هم بحث می کنیم اما‬ ‫به نتیجه نمی رسیم‪ .‬بر سر مسائل تفریح و سیگار و قلیان و بر سر‬ ‫مسائل جنسی بحث می کنیم‪ ,‬بر سر هر چیزی که شما فکرش را‬ ‫بکنید اما به نتیجه نمی رسیم‪ .‬ما آن نتیجه را می خواهیم‪ .‬اگر برای‬ ‫شما مقدور است ما را در این زمینه راهنمایی کنید‪.‬‬

‫سالم‬ ‫با تشکر از شما دوست خوبم و همسر گرامیتان‪ .‬مطمئنا علم روانشناسی امروز‬ ‫روشهای بسیار عالی و پیشرفته ای را برای حل مسائل بیان کرده است‪ .‬حتی‬ ‫سیاستمداران بزرگ از این روشها در مذاکراتشان استفاده می کنند و با اینکه‬ ‫اختالفات بسیار عمیق و ریشه ای دارند اما می توانند آنها را حل کنند‪.‬‬ ‫دوست خوب من!‬ ‫وقتی کشورهایی که قرن ها با هم دشمنی دیرینه دارند (و صدها هزار نفر‬ ‫در اثر این اختالفات و درگیرها کشته شده اند) می توانند صلح و آرامش را در‬ ‫روابطشان برقرار کنند چرا شما که زیر یک سقف زندگی می کنید و یکدیگر‬ ‫را هم دوست دارید نتوانید مشکالت خود را حل کنید و صلح و آرامش را‬ ‫در روابط خود ایجاد کنید‪ .‬قطعا شما هم می توانید‪ .‬اما برای حل تضادها و‬ ‫اختالفات بین زوجین روشی بسیار عالی از طرف روانشناسان معرفی شده‬ ‫است که می توانید آن را بکار گرفته و مشکالت خود را با استفاده از این‬ ‫روش حل کنید‪.‬‬ ‫قبل از هر چیز باید بدانید که چند پایه‪ ،‬بنیاد‪ ،‬اساس و به قول مهندس ها‪،‬‬ ‫فونداسیون در حل اختالفات هست که باید آنها را رعایت کنید‪ .‬با رعایت این‬ ‫اصول و پایه ها برای حل اختالفات خود اقدام کنید‪:‬‬ ‫‪-1‬عشق و محبت‪:‬‬ ‫بدانید هر مسئله ای را که مطرح می کنید نباید به عشق و محبت بین شما‬ ‫لطمه ای وارد کند‪ .‬دوست داشتن و عشق شما به یکدیگر به هیچ وجه نباید‬ ‫آسیب ببیند‪ .‬همواره باید حواستان به عشق و محبتی که بین شما هست باشد‪.‬‬ ‫عشق گوهر گرانبهایی است که در بحث ها و مشاجره ها‪ ،‬به هیچ بهانه ای‬ ‫نباید آسیب ببیند‪ .‬گاه شما برای حل مسئله ای ممکن است دل همسر خود‬ ‫را بشکنید‪ .‬اشک او را درآورید و کاری کنید که از شما متنفر شود‪ .‬هیچوقت‬ ‫رفتاری و کالمی را نگویید که محبت شما را از بین ببرد و یا کاهش دهد‪.‬‬ ‫مثل توهین و بی احترامی‪ ،‬برچسب زدن و فحش دادن و‪...‬‬ ‫خیلی مراقب باشید که هنگام بحث در باره یک مسئله و بخاطر حل یک‬ ‫مشکل‪ ،‬عشق و محبت بین خود را از بین نبرید‪.‬‬ ‫‪-2‬احترام‪:‬‬ ‫مراقب باشید تا بی احترامی نکنید‪ .‬همسر خود را خوار و بی مقدار نکنید‪.‬‬ ‫همواره احترام او را نگهدارید و با ادب صحبت کنید‪ .‬البته گاه یک کلمه ای‬ ‫مثل دیوونه‪ ،‬خره‪ ،‬خاک تو سرت از صد تا دوستت دارم باالتر است‪ .‬اما من‬ ‫میترسم این جمالت عادت شود و جاهایی دیگر استفاده شود که بیانگر عشق‬ ‫و محبت نباشد و بیشتر خوار کننده باشد‪ .‬پس در استفاده از این کلمات و‬ ‫جمالت غیر مودبانه خیلی احتیاط کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪-3‬تواضع و فروتنی‪:‬‬ ‫همچنین مطالب خود را با تواضع و فروتنی مطرح کنید‪ .‬تا طرف مقابل‬ ‫احساس نکند که با یک انسان مغرور و گستاخ روبروست‪ .‬فروتن باشید تا‬ ‫کالمتان تاثیر گذار باشد‪ .‬طوری حرف نزنید که همسر شما فکر کند شما‬ ‫انسان بسیار عاقل و دانایی هستید و او آدم احمق و نادانی است‪( .‬من می‬ ‫فهمم تو نمی فهمی)‬ ‫‪-4‬صداقت‪:‬‬ ‫مسائل را پنهان نکنید‪ .‬صاف و روشن و کامال واضح مسائل را بیان کنید‪.‬‬ ‫بهترین سیاست صداقت است‪ .‬مسائل را نپیچانید کامال باز ‪ openly‬و‬ ‫راحت مسائل را مطرح کنید‪ .‬با این مقدمه‪ ،‬روش حل تضاد را یاد بگیرید و‬ ‫اجرا نمایید‪.‬‬ ‫این روش برگرفته است از کتاب های‪ 1- :‬راهنمای زوجین برای روابط‬ ‫که در سال ‪ 1976‬توسط جان گاتمن و همکارانش نوشته شده اند (‪Joun‬‬ ‫‪ )Gottman, Notarius & Gonso 1976‬و در سال ‪ 2013‬تجدید‬ ‫نظر شده اند و ‪ 2-‬از کتاب "ما می توانیم حلش کنیم" ‪we can work‬‬ ‫‪ it out‬نوشته نوتاریوس و مارک من (‪Notarius and Markman‬‬ ‫‪ )1993‬و من آن را با توجه به تجربیات مشاوره ای خود بصورت زیر خالصه‬ ‫کرده ام‪.‬‬ ‫‪www.kioskmagazine.net 26‬‬

‫در هر صورت این روش ‪ 2‬گام اصلی و ‪ 4‬روش فرعی دارد‪:‬‬ ‫‪-1‬بحث در باره مسئله‪Problem discussion :‬‬ ‫‪ -2‬یافتن راه حل برای مسئله‪Problem Solution :‬‬ ‫الف‪ :‬مشخص کردن مسئله یا تنظیم دستور جلسه‪Agenda Setting :‬‬ ‫ب‪ :‬بارش مغزی‪Brainstorming :‬‬ ‫ج‪ :‬توافق و مصالحه‪Agreement and compromise :‬‬ ‫د‪ :‬پیگیری‪Follow up :‬‬ ‫‪-1‬بحث در باره مسئله‪Problem discussion :‬‬ ‫ابتدا باید بدون اینکه هیچ تالشی برای حل مسئله کنید‪ ،‬در باره موضوع و‬ ‫مسائل خودتان خوب حرف بزنید‪ .‬لطفا در این مرحله دنبال راه حل نباشید‪.‬‬ ‫اصال عجله نکنید‪ .‬تا میتوانید صبور باشید و اجازه دهید همسرتان در باره‬ ‫مشکل حرف بزند‪ .‬بگذارید بگوید و بگوید و بگوید‪ .‬من قویا توصیه میکنم که‬ ‫قبل از هر تالشی برای یافتن راه حل‪ ،‬خوب در باره مشکالتتان صحبت کنید‪.‬‬ ‫اگر او مطلبی را میگوید که برای شما مبهم است‪ ،‬محترمانه و با آرامش و‬ ‫احترام از نقاط مبهم حرفهای همسرتان سئوال بپرسید تا مسئله کامال روشن‪،‬‬ ‫واضح و شناخته شود‪ .‬با کلماتی مثل میدونم‪ ،‬میفهمم‪ ،‬همدلی و همدردی‬ ‫کنید‪ .‬گاه مطلب را ‪ paraphrase‬و بیان مجدد کنید (‪)Feedback‬‬ ‫یعنی دوباره صحبتهای ایشان را به زبان خودتان توضیح دهید تا ببینید درست‬ ‫متوجه شده اید یا نه؟ مثال او میگوید‪ :‬من از این زندگی خسته شده ام‪ .‬شما‬ ‫نباید بالفصله تعبیر و تفسیر منفی کنید و بگویید یعنی از من خسته شده‬ ‫ای؟ شما میتوانید بدون هیچگونه تعبیر و تفسیر منفی بگویید‪ :‬از این زندگی‬ ‫خسته شده ای؟ از چه چیز این زندگی خسته شده ای؟ فرض کنید همسرتان‬ ‫می گوید‪ :‬اگر من با شما به ایران بیایم ممکن است مادر شما حرفی بزند که‬ ‫من نتوانم سکوت کنم و چیزی بگویم که باعث افزایش درگیری بین من و‬ ‫مادرتان شود‪ .‬شما بجای اینکه بگویید خوب بیا ایران اما با مادر من مواجه‬ ‫نشو (راه حل دادن ‪ )problem solution‬بگویید‪ :‬پس تو نگرانی که‬ ‫با آمدنت اختالف بیشتر بشه؟ بگذارید باز هم برای شما توضیح دهد‪ .‬البته‬ ‫باید بدانید که بحث در باره مسئله و یا ‪ Problem discussion‬زمانی‬ ‫امکانپذیر است که هر دو شما بتوانید یک فضای محترمانه را به هنگام بحث‬ ‫با یکدیگر ایجاد کنید‪ .‬جالب است بدانید‪ :‬تجربه نشان داده است که وقتی‬ ‫شما خوب در باره موضوع حرف می زنید ‪ 70%‬مشکالت شما و همسرتان‬ ‫خودبخود حل می شود‪.‬‬ ‫اُپرا (‪ )Oprah‬مجری معروف و بزرگ تلویزیونی با استفاده از این روش‬ ‫بسیار شگفت زده شد‪ .‬وقتی او یاد گرفت که چطور با افرادی که کامال در‬ ‫برنامه مخالف او هستند حرف بزند و بحث کند‪ ،‬بعد از یک برنامه جنجالی‬ ‫و هیجان انگیز که توانست موافقت یکی از مدعوین برنامه را جلب کند می‬ ‫گوید دانشمندان می گویید ‪ 70%‬مشکالت‪ ،‬با خوب بحث کردن در باره آنها‬ ‫حل می شود اما من به تجربه دریافتم که این رقم حتی باالتر است و ‪80%‬‬ ‫مسائل با بحث کردن (بشکل صادقانه‪ ،‬محترمانه و متواضعانه) حل خواهد‬ ‫شد‪.‬‬

‫‪-2‬یافتن راه حل‪Problem Solution :‬‬ ‫بعد از اینکه خوب در باره مسئله بحث کردید شروع کنید مراحل زیر را انجام‬ ‫دهید‪:‬‬ ‫الف‪ :‬مشخص کردن مسئله یا تنظیم دستور جلسه‪:‬‬ ‫‪Agenda Setting‬‬ ‫بعد از اینکه خوب در باره مسائل با هم حرف زدید برای اینکه بدانید کدامیک‬ ‫از مسائل بحث شده را میخواهید حل کنید باید یکی از مسائل را برای حل‬ ‫مسئله انتخاب کنید‪ .‬چرا که بطور خودکار‪ ،‬بحث در باره هر موضوعی شما را‬ ‫به دنیایی از مباحث ریز و متنوع خواهد کشاند‪.‬‬ ‫لذا شما خسته و سردرگم خواهید شد که باالخره از اینهمه مسائل کدامیک‬ ‫باید مورد بررسی و حل شود؟ بنابراین شما باید تصمیم بگیرید که که بر‬ ‫روی کدامیک از مسائل تمرکز کنید؟ در واقع در این مرحله شما بصورت‬ ‫اختصاصی در باره فقط و فقط یک موضوع مشخص حرف خواهید زد تا آن را‬ ‫حل کنید‪ .‬مثال زوجی در جلسه مشاوره میگویند ما بر سر میزان توجه‪ ،‬اهمیت‬ ‫دادن و محبت کردن با هم مشکل داریم‪ .‬خانمی شکایت می کند که همسرم‬

‫به من اهمیت نمی دهد‪ .‬من دیگر مثل اوایل ازدواج برای او مهم نیستم‪ .‬او‬ ‫شبها پای اینترنت و فیسبوک ‪ ...‬است روزها هم که سخت درگیر کار است‪.‬‬ ‫وقتی راجع به این موضوع حرف میزنند مسائل زیادی در حول و حوش‬ ‫این مسئله مطرح می شود‪ .‬اگر بخواهیم دقیق تر مسئله مشخص کنید باید‬ ‫بگوییم یکی از موارد را که حاکی از بی توجهی و بی اهمیتی همسر شماست‬ ‫مشخص کنید‪ .‬ایشان در جلسه مشاوره گفتند یکی از مهمترین مشکالت‬ ‫من خواب است‪ .‬من دوست دارم به هنگام خواب ایشان تشریف بیارند در‬ ‫رختخواب خودشان بخوابند نه روی کاناپه جلوی تلویزیون‪ ,‬نه جلوی لبتاپ و‪..‬‬ ‫خوب در مرحله مشخص کردن مسئله و یا ‪" ،Agenda Setting‬خواب"‬ ‫بعنوان یک مسئله‪ ،‬از دهها مسئله ایکه حول و حوش بی توجهی یا بی‬ ‫اهمیتی به همسر مطرح شده بود برای حل مسئله مشخص شد‪ .‬شما هم‬ ‫میتوانید ابتدا مسئله را مشخص کنید‪ :‬سیگار‪ ،‬قلیان‪ ،‬خواب‪ ،‬فیسبوک‪ ،‬فراموش‬ ‫کردن چیزهای مهم‪ ،‬زنگ نزدن از محل کار به شما‪ ،‬پس انداز کردن‪ ،‬بچه‬ ‫دارشدن‪ ،‬تفریح و‪...‬‬ ‫در واقع یکی از دالیلی که بحث های زوجین به نتیجه نمی رسد اینست که‬ ‫آنها در باره دنیایی از مسائل با هم حرف می زنند‪ .‬شاخ و برگ می دهند‪ .‬از‬ ‫این موضوع به موضوع دیگری می پردازند‪ .‬در نتیجه‪ ،‬بحث ها‪ ،‬بی در پیکر‪،‬‬ ‫متنوع و آنقدر گسترده مطرح می شود که هر دو بعد از مدتی واقعا خسته‪،‬‬ ‫نا امید و سردرگم می شوند‪.‬‬ ‫ب‪ :‬بارش مغزی‪Brainstorming :‬‬ ‫در این مرحله زن و شوهر هر یک باید برگه ای بردارند و هر آنچه برای حل‬ ‫مسئله مورد نظر راه حل به ذهنشان میرسد روی کاغذ بنویسند‪ .‬وقتی دنبال‬ ‫راه حل می گردند باید قوانین طوفان مغزی را اجرا کنند‪:‬‬ ‫قوانین بارش مغزی‪:‬‬ ‫‪-1‬ارائه هرگونه راه حلی آزاد است‪.‬‬ ‫‪-2‬یکی از زوجین راه حل ها را میگوید و دیگری آنها را می نویسد‪.‬‬ ‫‪-3‬در طی ارائه راه حل هیچ کس حق ندارد راه حل هارا ارزیابی کند‪ .‬بگوید‬ ‫خوب است یا بد؟ شدنی است یا نشدنی؟ درست است یا غلط؟ اخالقی است‬ ‫یا غیراخالقی؟ با چشم و ابرو و پوزخند زدن و‪ ...‬مسخره کند‪ .‬رد کند و‪...‬‬ ‫بنابراین در این مرحله‪ ،‬ارزیابی مطلقا ممنوع است‪ .‬ذهن را آزاد کنید تا با فراغ‬ ‫بال هر چه میخواهد دل تنگش بگوید و بگوید و بگوید‪.‬‬ ‫اُّ‬ ‫‪-4‬خلق باشید و هر آنچه که به ذهن و دلتان می آید بگویید و خالقیت‬ ‫یکدیگر را ترغیب و تشویق کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪-5‬تفریح کنید‪ .‬هنگام بارش مغزی خیلی جدی نباشید‪ .‬وقتی همسرتان راه‬ ‫حل ارائه می دهد میتوانید باعث خوشحالی و نشاط او شوید‪ .‬اما تمام شوخیها‬ ‫و خنده ها هم باید حول محور مسئله باشد‪ .‬از مسئله دور نشوید‪ .‬ولی از این‬ ‫لحظات لذت ببرید‪ .‬این لحظات‪ ،‬لحظاتی است برای شوخ طبعی‪ ,‬با هم بودن‬ ‫و لذت بردن از کار تیمی‪.‬‬ ‫ج‪ :‬توافق و مصالحه‪Agreement and compromise :‬‬ ‫هدف از این مرحله اینست که هر دو شما بر سر یک راه حل خاص و یا‬ ‫ترکیبی از راه حل های ارائه شده‪ ،‬با هم به توافق برسید‪ .‬روانشناسان بر‬ ‫روی کلمه توفق تاکید می کنند چرا که هیچ راه حلی راهگشا نخواهد بود‬ ‫مگراینکه هر دو شما بر سر راه حل مورد نظر به توافق برسید و هر دو راه‬ ‫حل انتخاب شده را قبول داشته باشید‪ .‬بقولی برنده – برنده باشید‪ .‬یعنی هر‬ ‫دو راضی هستید‪ .‬البته که میزان درصد رضایت‪ ،‬ممکن است متفاوت باشد‬ ‫ولی به هر حال‪ ،‬هر دو راضی هستید و هیچکس در این انتخاب راه حل‪،‬‬ ‫احساس قربانی شدن نمی کند‪ .‬طبیعی است که ممکن است شما مجبور‬ ‫شوید برای اینکه به توافق و رضایت متقابل دست یابید‪ ،‬گاهی اوقات باید از‬ ‫بخشی از خواسته های خود بگذرید‪ .‬شما هر دو می توانید یک ازدواج عالی‬ ‫را در زندگی مشترک خود رشد و پرورش دهید به شرطی که نیازهای مربوط‬ ‫به روابط خود را فراتر از امیال و خواسته های شخصی تان قرار دهید بویژه در‬ ‫لحظات کلیدی و سخت زندگی و تصمیم گیری های بزرگ‪.‬‬ ‫د‪ :‬پیگیری‪Follow up :‬‬ ‫پیگیری کردن راه حل ها از این جهت اهمیت زیادی دارد که ببینیم آیا این‬ ‫راه حلها راهگشا و تاثیر گذار هستند یا نه؟‬ ‫گاه شما نیاز دارید که اندکی هم که شده راه حلها را تغییر دهید تا تاثیر‬ ‫بیشتری داشته و پاسخ نیازهای شما را بدهند‪ .‬نکته مهمتر اینکه پیگیری‬ ‫کردن ایجاد احساس مسئولیت میکند‪ .‬وقتی شما پیگیری میکنید فرد پاسخگو‬ ‫و مسئولیت پذیرتر خواهد شد‪ .‬بنابراین حتما بصورت جدی راه حلهای ارائه‬ ‫شده را پیگیری کنید تا عملی شوند‪ .‬بسیاری از زوجین تا مرحله ارائه راه حل‬ ‫خوب پیش میروند اما فکر میکنند اگر پیگیری کنند رابطه شان آسیب خواهد‬ ‫خورد و یا خیلی رسمی خواهد بود و از صمیمیت الزم خارج خواهد شد‪ .‬اما‬ ‫از نظر روانشناسان این کار یعنی پیگیری نکردن راه حلها ریسک و یا خطر‬ ‫کردن است چرا که ما انسانها آنقدر سرمان شلوغ است که بسیاری از مسائل‬ ‫مهم را در زندگی فراموش می کنیم‪ .‬بنابراین‪ ،‬نیاز به ‪ push‬کردن داریم‪.‬‬ ‫یکی باید ما را هل بدهد و فشار بیاورد تا راه حل ارائه شده را انجام دهیم‪.‬‬ ‫اگر همسرتان شما را ‪ push‬کرد و برای انجام مسئولیتها به شما فشار‬ ‫آورد‪ ،‬ناراحت نشوید تازه از او تشکر هم بکنید چون ‪ push‬کردن‪ ،‬هل دادن‬ ‫و فشار آوردن‪ ،‬یکی از عوامل موفقیت در زندگی است‪.‬‬ ‫(‪)Richard St. John 2009‬‬ ‫موفق باشید‬ ‫محسن محمدی نیا (معین)‬ ‫مسئول مرکز مشاوره و روانشناسی معین‬ ‫)‪(017-6487401‬‬

‫دوران معصومیت و بی‌گناهی به سر رسیده است‪ .‬با وجود‬ ‫اینکه شما این روزها نسبت به زندگی خوش بین هستید‪،‬‬ ‫می‌دانید که تغییری بزرگ در کارهایتان به وجود آمده است‪،‬‬ ‫اما شما نمی‌دانید که این تغییرات واقع ًا شما را به کدام‬ ‫سمت می‌برند‪ .‬از سهیم کردن دیگران در احساسهایتان‬ ‫نگرانی به خود راه ندهید‪ ،‬حتی اگر فکر کردن به این‬ ‫موضوع هم شما را می‌ترساند‪ .‬ممکن است یک یا دو روز‬ ‫آینده اتفاقات پیچیده‌ای رخ بدهد‪ ،‬اما ترس از وجود شما‬ ‫بیرون خواهد رفت‪.‬‬

‫ممکن است دوستان‌تان امروز قصد داشته باشند که شما را‬ ‫تحریک و عصبانی کنند‪ .‬اما شما واقعا نمی‌خواهید که حالت‬ ‫منفی خود را بیان کنید‪ .‬به خاطر اینکه به غیر از اینکه شما‬ ‫را خسته کند سودی برای‌تان ندارد؛‪ .‬یک رویکرد متفاوت‬ ‫ممکن است در رابطه با دیگران بدردتان بخورد‪ .‬دیدن‬ ‫مسائل از نظر دیگران می‌تواند برای تغییر دید شما کافی‬ ‫باشد حتی اگر شما قبال در مورد نظرات و موقعیت خودتان‬ ‫مطمئن بودید‪.‬‬

One of the most distinctive caves in Malaysia is a 370-metre long limestone cave near the small town of Kaki Bukit (literally ‘foot hill’) called Gua Kelam (Cave of Darkness).

Located about 33km north of Kangar, the state capital, Gua Kelam Recreational Park is popular for its enchanting ‘cave walk’ where you can enter from one end of the cave and come out at a different location.

The only path to the cave is via an eight-foot wide wooden suspension bridge. This bridge links Kaki Bukit to the Wan Tangga Valley, a valley on the opposite end of Gua Kelam. Back in 1935, an Englishman saw the water pathway as a brilliant method to transport tin ore from a mine located near the stream entrance through the underground cavern to Kaki Bukit.
