The Steven Hetrick Interim Term Scholarship
The David Warren Leatherbury Scholarship
Established in 2001 in memory of Steven Hetrick, son of Bonnie and Terry Hetrick, for deserving students who would otherwise not have the opportunity to take full advantage of Interim Term.

The Horton Scholarship Established by 2001 by the estate of George F. Horton.

The Little Scholarship
Established in 2000 by Cathy and Ed Frank ‘68, parents of Mary John ‘99, Louise ‘01 and Catherine ‘12, in honor of former Upper School Principal and English Teacher J. Barry Moss.

Established in 2008 by the family and friends of Thomas P. Jacomini Jr. ‘85, his wife Susie, and their children Thomas ‘19 and Vivi ‘21.

Established in 1977 by Meredith and Cornelia Long, parents of Meredith Long ‘71, Nina O’Leary Zilkha, Alisa O’Leary, Cavanaugh O’Leary ‘76, Gretchen Long Jameson, Martha Long Lipsitz and grandparents of Kelly Jameson ‘10.
Established in 2006 by New Orleans’ families whose students were relocated to Kinkaid after Hurricane Katrina.
The Jamail Scholarship Established in 1991 by Trustee Lee & Joseph D. Jamail, parents of Dahr ‘71, Randall ‘75 and Rob ‘77 and grandaparents of Lili ‘10 and Joe Jamail ‘12.
The Jameson Scholarship Established in 2004 by Peter & Gretchen Jameson, parents of Kelly Grace Jameson ‘10, in memory of Robert D. Jameson, Jr. ‘68.
The Willard and Ruth Johnson Foundation Scholarship Established in 2008 by The Willard and Ruth Johnson Foundation and Todd ‘85 and Paige Johnson, parents of Wells ‘12, John David ‘14, Pierce ‘17, Hill ‘18 and Blake ‘22.
The Martel Scholarship Established in 1998 by The Marian and Speros Martel Foundation for need-based financial aid.
The Robert Morris McDannald Scholarship Established in 1974 in memory of Robert M. McDannald by his wife Mrs. R. M. McDannald, mother of Mary Sue M. Carlson ‘60 and Monty McDannald ‘62, grandmother of David ‘90, Mark ‘93 and Paul McDannald ‘95.
The Don and Elaine North Scholarship Established in 2002 by Kinkaid trustees and friends of Kinkaid’s fourth Headmaster, Donald C. North, in memory of his parents, Don and Elaine North.
The Ralph S. O’Connor Scholarship Established in 1999 by former trustee Ralph S. O’Connor.
The Ogilvie Family Scholarship Established in 2008 by Kinkaid Trustee E. Staman Ogilvie and wife Beverly and sons Brian ‘00 and Ben ‘02.
The Garry McMillan Scholarship
The Pakzaban Scholarship Established in 2008 by Peyman Pakzaban, M.D. and his wife Debbie, parents of Ashley ‘17 and Lexy ‘21.
The Michael & Lucy Kuhn Scholarship
Established in 2007 by former players, friends and colleagues of retired football coach Garry McMillan. This need-based scholarship is awarded to an Upper School grade boy who embodies Coach McMillan’s special qualities of character and commitment to the School and to athletics.
Established in 2005 by Michael Kuhn ‘68 and his wife Lucy.

The Kinkaid Scholarship Established in 1991 by Mrs. Barbara Kinkaid.
The Margaret Kinkaid Scholarship Established in 1985 by Special Friends.
The Lanier Scholarship Established in 1981 Bob Lanier and Elizabeth Lanier, parents of Holly ‘78 & Gus ‘80.
The Rolanette and Berdon Lawrence Scholarship Established in 2008 by Berdon and Rolanette Lawrence, parents of Heather Mitchell, Mark, and Charles ‘96, grandparents of John Berdon ‘14, Elizabeth ‘17 and William Mitchell ‘26, Collin ‘18, Eliza ‘20 and Harrison Lawrence ‘22 and uncle/aunt of Patricia and Kurt Goeringer and their children Madi ‘13 and Alex ‘16.

The Metts Family Scholarship Established in 2007 to assist underserved students by Houston Endowment Inc. in honor of Harold Metts, one of its former directors, and grandfather of Erin Howell ‘09 and Meagan Howell ‘11.
The Kathy & Clay Parker/Grady Lee Scholarship Established in 2000 by Clay ‘65 & Kathy Sabom Parker ‘65 and Grady Lee ‘89 to underwrite a full scholarship for a deserving upper school student.
