Our Chartered Management Institute class of 2013 pass with flying colours Kingston Voluntary Action has supported 7 managers from local organisations to gain a Chartered Management Institute level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership at Kingston College. The Diploma is widely recognised as being the leading qualification for managers looking to enhance their skills and gain a recognised qualification. The course was offered as part of our Transforming Kingston Infrastructure Project (TKI), funded by the Big

Fund on behalf of the Office for Civil Society. Project Coordinator Sanja Kane said “All managers reported that the course had strengthened their existing knowledge, but also given them new management skills and tools and new approaches to successful leadership. The course has also been a great platform for managers to network, exchange experiences and gain better understanding of each other’s work”.
