Pricing does not include service charge, gratuity and taxes that are applicable at the time of your event (see below). Unless indicated otherwise, the following time periods are reflected in the pricing: maximum of 90 minutes of service included in pricing, additional charges apply for events beyond 90 minutes in duration.
The combined gratuity and service charge that is in effect on the day of your event will be added to your account. Currently, the combined charge of 25% is applicable to all services and products on the banquet event order, plus 6% state and 4.5% local taxes of food, beer, wine and other, and 6% state and 9.5% local taxes on liquor, unless otherwise stated as excluded. A portion of the combined charge (13.7%) is a gratuity and will be fully distributed to employees assigned to the event. The remainder of the combined service charge (10.3%) is not a gratuity and property of the hotel to cover discretionary and administrative costs of the event. We will endeavor to notify you before your event of any increases to the combined charge should it be different on the day of your event.
All catering orders must be received with definite selections, anticipated guarantees and client signature no less than 14 days prior to the start of the event. Room setups & final guarantees will be considered locked 72 hours prior to the event, we will set 5% above the final guarantee. The guest count cannot be lowered after this time. Changes requested after the meeting room has been set and within the 72 hour window will be subject to additional fees.
Kingston Resorts does not permit outside food and beverage to be brought into any meeting space. All food and beverage must be served by Kingston Resorts. Unused banquet food and beverage and not be taken from the function space. At the conclusion of the allotted serve time such food and beverage become property of Kingston resorts. Kingston resorts is happy to accommodate any ethnic, religious or severe allergy needs, additional charges may apply.
Kingston resorts has an exclusive on-site audiovisual company, Encore. Your CSM can assist with your audiovisual and lighting needs.
