As part of the 2022 OptiKA Kingston Photographic Award, Kingston Arts in partnership with City Strategy presents OptiKA: Up Late. Featuring over 30 projections of artworks by Victoria based artists, OptiKA: Up Late activates council sites in Kingston during Winter. Featuring photography, video, and digital art in response to this years’ curatorial theme FOCUS on 2030: Inspiring a Zero Emissions Future.
