Tennis Terms of Use

No studded shoes are allowed on the courts at any time. Only tennis must be played on the courts unless agreed otherwise by us

Please don’t throw racquets

Please always keep the courts clean and tidy.

Please do not bring any materials into the confines that may damage the surface such as chemicals, sharp or heavy objects, glass or sources or ignition.

Please let us know if you are running late. Courts that are not attended within 5 minutes of the start time may be re-let to other users

Please ensure you leave the court promptly at the end of your booking. During periods of poor weather, you must decide yourself whether the courts are suitable for playing. If you decide to play, you do so at your own risk. If you decide not to play, please let reception know at the time and they will arrange the court to be re-booked at another time.

If you are found to be coaching without prior arrangement with us, you will be asked to leave

Please be aware, we may also revoke your membership and / or have your access to booking courts removed.

Bookings can only be made online at alivewestnorfolk.co.uk.

Availability depending, courts can be booked for a maximum period of three hours (in onehour slots)

Please only book the amount of time you need to allow other users to access the courts.

If you are a member and are bringing a guest to play, you must declare and pay for this upon booking.

We will carry out spot-checks and anyone not complying with our Rules and Regulations will be asked to leave the courts Please be aware, we may also revoke your membership and / or have your access to booking courts removed

If you book a court during a time where our lessons run alongside your booking, please be considerate of the lessons.Where lesson participants are collecting stray balls or other equipment, your court activity should be paused, when possible, to allow this to happen safely. Floodlights are not included in memberships of the cost of courts. If you need the floodlights, you can pay for usage at reception Floodlights will be turned on and off at reception in line with paid usage.

Please ensure the gate is closed securely after you upon entering and exiting the courts. No coaching or commercial bookings are allowed unless prior agreement has been made by centre management. All bookings start at the booking start time and finish five minutes before the stated end time

If you require first aid or emergency assistance, please head to the main reception at Alive Lynnsport. In cases that urgent assistance is not required, you can call the main reception desk on 01553 818001. In life threatening emergencies, always dial 999.
