Polaris, 2.5 RZR XP900 Front Bolt-on Suspension Kit Installation Instructions

IMPORTANT: Read all instruc6ons thoroughly from start to finish before beginning the install. Check parts list and make sure all parts are included in the kit. If the instruc6ons are not properly followed severe frame, driveline and or suspension damage may result. Check for frame and suspension damage prior to installa6on. This kit does not require welding. Do not weld on any component. Welding may void the warranty and product to fail. With the vehicle level on the ground, block the rear 4res. Using a floor jack, raise the front end and support the frame rails with jack stands for safety. Then remove the front 4res. NOTE: never work under an unsupported vehicle.

1. Remove the factory shock. Ready the top moun4ng bolt with the threads towards the front of the RZR as shown.

Slide the King shock into the mount with the reservoir clocked towards the rear of the RZR and slide the bolt through the mount and upper shock eye. Thread the nut and washer onto the bolt.

3. Go back and 4ghten the upper moun4ng bolt.

4b. *Do not over4ghten zip-­‐4e.

5. Repeat steps on opposite side.

Check to make sure all moun4ng hardware is 4ght.

4a. Wrap supplied zip-­‐4e around coolant hose and secure to down tube.

2. Slide the lower shock eye into the lower mount. Slide the washer and thread the nut onto the bolt and 4ghten.

With the vehicle level on the ground, block the front 7res. Using a floor jack, raise the rear end and support the frame rails with jack stands for safety. Then remove the rear 7res. NOTE: never work under an unsupported vehicle.

1. Remove the factory shocks. Insert the top shock eye into the upper mount and slide the bolt through.

Place the washer onto the bolt and thread the nut on hand 7ght.

3. Remove the strut mount bolts as shown. Place the reservoir mount on top. Replace the factory bolts and 7ghten.

5. Go back and 7ghten the upper and lower shock moun7ng bolts.

Repeat the same steps on the other side, then do a final check to make sure all hardware is 7ght.

2. Repeat on the lower mount. You might have to liK the suspension up to get the holes lined up with the shock end.

4. Insert the band clamps through the slots in the reservoir mount, then insert the reservoir. Twist the reservoir so the inlet port is facing straight down and 7ghten clamps.
