IVY HOUSE AWARD The Ivy House Award develops leadership and life skills, giving our students the knowledge, skills and confidence, they need to step up and take ownership of their future. It is a two part programme: The Award first supports students in discovering their unique character, who they are, what they want and how they can play to their strengths and then the second part focusses on developing a core set of skills critical to success. Self-Leadership and the Leadership of others is core to the whole award and through self-reflection and conscious adjustments it is hoped it will help them be the most extraordinary version of themselves. Students completed a 20-week course, undertaking tasks and filling out their journal. They also delivered a presentation to the group on a passion or subject of their choice and finally they taught an element of the course to younger students.
