Kingfisher Leadership news Selah - the power of the pause Selah. That's not a word you hear very something is released in the heavenly realm that changes things in the earthy realm. There is power often. It's not an English word, in the pause. We need to learn to pause. Even obviously. It's a Hebrew word that is heaven pauses: used 74 times in the Bible - 71 times in the book of Psalms and 3 "When the Lamb broke the seventh seal, there times in Habakkuk. was silence in heaven for about half an hour." (Revelation 8:1, NLT) Because the vast majority of the times the word is Selah: Pause If heaven feels the need to pause , then so used is in Psalms, you can should we! Pause to do what? God calls us to pause for a reason...for a number of reasons, in fact. It turns out that pausing is one of the most powerful things we can do. When we selah...when we pause...

May I never forget. Four words that spell out the difference between faith and fear. • May I never forget that miraculous provision. • May I never forget that answered prayer, that healing, that amazing turn of events. May I never forget. But I will, unless I bank that memory somewhere safe and allow it to grow and develop my trust in Jesus Christ for the next time. What do those four words mean in your life? May I never forget. may you never forget… what?
