The festival is curated by executive sous chef Pawan Kumar Lal and is taking place at Baywatch, their 24-hour coffee shop. It offers an array of specialities featuring both non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. Chef Pawan tells us, “There are several dosa varieties that are going to be cooked live, such as Spinach Dosa and Maize Dosa. Among our specialities is the Mutton Sheekh Kabab Dosa, which is extremely unique. NCPA is hosting an interesting concert that will feature music by great pop and rock bands and artists, with a touch of jazz.
