I go to preschool.

I love my friends, my educators and all of the fun things I do every day at preschool.

It’s almost time for me to go to big school.

Deep down, starting from my big toe, to my stomach, then up to my eyebrows, I’m feeling super excited about starting big school.

On my bed I can see my

school shirt, shorts,

and my

shiny black shoes and socks .

But there’s just one tiny problem. I don’t know if I’m big enough for big school. I have some little worry butterflies

fluttering around in my tummy.

Big school means everything

changes.

Mum says big school will be fun.

Dad says I will learn so many new things.

Grandma says I will make so friends. many new Grandpa says I’ll do lots of sport.

C’mon kids let’s learn about big school.

It’s all about learning big kid stuff.

At big school Mum and Dad will say goodbye to me at the gate.

I will say goodbye and wave to my Mum and Dad.

I will always try to listen and follow instructions.

Listening to the teacher and following instructions helps me be a clever Kenny learner.

At recess and lunch time I sit with my kindergarten friends and eat my lunch.

When I finish eating my food, I’ll be a clever Kenny eco-warrior. I’ll put my rubbish in the bin and pack my lunch containers away.

It’s important to keep my big school clean and tidy.
