Open inspections can lower the price of your home and are an open invitation for any stranger to wander through. There are many advantages to only allowing genuine, identified, qualified buyers to inspect your home.

Ideal method of sale to achieve the best price provided you have an experienced, trained negotiator. The majority of homes in the Brisbane region are sold using this method.
We rarely recommend the Auction system for many reasons. Contrary to popular belief, auctions are not designed to get the highest price. Auctions limit your market. Some buyers cannot buy under auction conditions. To achieve the HIGHEST sales price it is ridiculous to allow all buyers to see the offers made by other buyers.
