hen first encountering REALTOR®, Sharon Pollard, one usually categorizes her as personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Over the course of 1995, Sharon began her real estate journey. In December 1995, she graduated from Jones Real Estate College that same year. It was not until 1998, but did not become a fulltime REALTOR® for Keller Williams. This move catapulted her towards the successful career she now enjoys.
Sharon was born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma with her parents, older sister, and identical twin sister. At the age of nineteen, Sharon moved to the Boulder, CO area and fell in love with the climate and scenery. Being a resident of Niwot and unincorporated Boulder County for over twenty years has helped Sharon gain a competitive edge. She is extremely familiar with the landscape and has a deep love for the community. At the beginning of her career, she was awarded distinguished honors and licenses such as Keller

Williams’s “Rookie of the Year,” 2000 Gold Sales Achievement Award, ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative,”) and GRI (Graduate of REALTOR® Institute) to name a few. During the summer of 2003, Sharon opened her real estate agency, Pollard Friendly Realty. Pollard Friendly Realty is located in the Niwot/Longmont of Boulder County. Sharon’s favorite aspect of being a REALTOR® is “helping people love where they live.” During her time in residential real estate, she has realized the deep understanding of the city and community that she has. She is an advocate for helping clients purchase homes whether it be new construction, fixer-up, investment properties, or “move-in ready” homes. This process allows her to provide her expertise and insightful knowledge for families looking to purchase real estate. This past year, she has seen a home become more than just a “home.” It is important for her to ensure her
clients are going to love where they live since homes are becoming offices, schools, daycares, and so much more. The way she measures success is by ensuring her clients are happy in their new homes. She also wants them to enjoy going home, every day, to a neighborhood they enjoy. One of her favorite parts of the selling process is helping a client prep and stage a home they are selling. She enjoys the aspect of decluttering a home, and staging it with a variety of accessories to make the home more visually appealing to maximize value.
