I am pleased to submit this application on behalf of Kimalene Regis & Co. (KRCO) for the position of Communications Officer for the CORE Gender Smart Facility (CORE-GSF) and the Caribbean Regional Architecture for Biodiversity Grant Facility (CRAB).
KRC is a boutique communications firm based in Grenada, with deep roots in the Caribbean and a strong portfolio of missionaligned projects. We specialize in strategic communications, campaign development, and multimedia storytelling for organisations advancing sustainability, equity, and innovation. Our approach combines content strategy, digital media, and stakeholder engagement to help clients increase their visibility and amplify their impact.
Our experience includes working with institutions such as the Global Green Growth Institute, where we led community-facing webinars and developed digital communications for the Greenpreneurs programme in Grenada. We designed and delivered workshops on writing green business plans and getting investment ready, culminating in a Greenpreneur Showcase that elevated the visibility of young environmental entrepreneurs.
Our team brings over 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, with technical strengths in content development, social media strategy, stakeholder engagement, and brand storytelling. Kimalene Regis & Co. fully embraces the mission of the Grenada Sustainable Development Trust Fund (GSDTF) to provide reliable, longterm financing for the sustainable management of Grenada’s natural resources. We recognize that effective communication is not only about visibility—it is about voice, engagement, and impact. Our approach to the Communications Officer assignment is strategic and human-centered. We understand the critical role that storytelling, digital presence, and brand coherence play in raising awareness and catalyzing action in biodiversity conservation and gender-smart programming.
This proposal offers a dynamic plan to elevate the public profile of the CORE Gender Smart Facility (CORE-GSF) and the Caribbean Regional Architecture for Biodiversity Grant Facility (CRAB) through content-rich, audience-tailored communications. We will build on our experience leading high-visibility campaigns for environmental, gender-equity, and sustainable development initiatives across the Caribbean.The result will be consistent, compelling, and community-connected communication outputs that amplify the COREGSF and CRAB brands.
Narrative Power: Positioning CORE-GSF and CRAB as leaders in gender-smart and biodiversity innovation by shaping and sharing powerful humancentered stories.
Digital Engagement: Managing social channels and websites with a clear content calendar and data-informed strategies to boost reach and resonance.
Brand Visibility: Designing and distributing multimedia materials— infographics, videos, animations —that reflect the unique identity and impact of each project.
Stakeholder Alignment: Creating communication products that resonate with diverse audiences, from grassroots communities to international donors.
Results-Driven Outputs: Aligning all deliverables with defined metrics and insights to continually refine and improve communication outcomes.

Orientation meetings with GSDTF team; review of existing materials; brand immersion; asset audit.
Develop messaging framework, storyboards, and campaign outlines; define content calendar; identify media opportunities.
Create press releases, newsletters, case studies, social content, and short-form videos. Coordinate production of promotional assets.
Manage social channels, post content, analyze insights, and adapt strategy. Publish updated web content.
Prepare monthly progress and analytics reports; assist Program Officers with donor storytelling. Archive and organize media assets.
We will apply a data-informed approach to communications, using built-in social platform analytics, feedback tools, and Google dashboards to track engagement. Metrics will include:
Content reach and impressions
Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments)
Website updates and click-throughs
Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback
We will conduct quarterly reviews to assess and adapt communication tactics. Lessons learned will feed into the refinement of messaging and content formats.

PAYMENT TERMS
Invoicing Terms: To be submitted by the 1st of each month with accompanying summary report.
ContractValue: USD 30,000 (inclusive of all applicable fees)
Payment Schedule: Flat monthly payments upon delivery of agreed outputs and acceptance of deliverables.
