Nothing Amazing Ever Happens Here Troy Innovation Center 7 Adams St Troy, New York 12180 The Troy NY Innovation Center, “Nothing Amazing Ever Happens Here” is animated by its steel structural system. Basalt boulders facilitate flow through the ground floor pavilion inviting citizens of Troy to utilize the public spaces. The rectangular cage like structure facilitates a series of interchangeable parts enclosed by a high performing double skin facade. As one circulates through the space, experiences evolve morphing a simple massing concept into a compelling contrast of familiar and unfamiliar conditions. A passive chilled beam system snakes through the volume creating an invigorating ceiling experience interfaced with an interactive media space, outdoor pavilion, theatre, and exhibition space. The center operates on a need based tuition system inviting citizens to engage in classes, attend conferences, and events for the greater good of the overall community.

Assembly OSM Systems Design Intern

233 Broadway #11, New York 10279 July 2020 - Dec. 2020 Formerly MODUS, Assembly OSM operates as a supply chain, sharing a project’s requirements with manufactureres that build the parts that are then combined into the complete building. As a Systems Design and Digital Delivery Intern, I participated actively in the prototyping phase prior to the company going public. Duties included but are not limited to: architectural drafting, architectural detailing, prototyping drawing sets, 3D Concept Modeling, and digitial twin model coordination.

Hemp Village 4300 West Roosevelt Road Chicago IL, 60624 SOLUTION: The Hemp based off-site manufacturing facility will locally grow and recieve hemp from the Illinois Hemp Growers Association and beyond to produce SIP panels to be assembled within the factory. Optimizing construction will allow for overall project savings resulting in the possibility of affordable housing for communities encouraging progression towards ownership of a modular unit or home. PROBLEM: Contributing to a circular economy around underperforming urban and post industrial sites geared towards revitalizing and addressing the needs of affordable housing communities in the United States based on the history of oppression through lack of economic opportunities, jobs, growth, and ownership. MANDALA ROOF

BEDFORD SEMINAR Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Architects Kiedric Berry Engineers: Sage Freter, Kathryn Warren Professor: Marcin March, Thornton Thomassetti

MANDALAROOF The resolved roof over the exisiting courtyard at the National Maritime Museum, responds to the initial prompt Super Light Weight, with four main strctural steel elements supporting glass LED panels. Parametric modeling via grasshopper was examined for structural stability by the engineering team via SAP 2000. Collaborative interdisciplinary collaboration via hand sketches and digital iteration helped to resolve the form with all structural steel members and LED glass panels.
