YOUR SAFETY During the past year of uncertainty and change, we have had to make many adjustments. Thankfully, we are still granted with the opportunity to serve you. At this time our hours of business remains 10am to 5pm Mondays to Sundays, public holidays will be announced.
OUR PRIORITY Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience to the handmade beauty industry with the main focus being the advancement of the industry through research and education. Since the start of Soapmakers Paradise, our team has been hard at work to raise the bar of hygiene and sanitation to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines. Here are some tangible ways we have ramped up our efforts to guarantee our customers and employee safety. •
All guests and staff are required to have their temperature checked as they enter.

A touch-less hand sanitizer has been placed at the entryway for the convenience of both staff and clients.

All guest must wear a face mask as a requirement to enter the store as an enhanced safety measure.

The Store will not allow more than 5 guest at any given point in time. This means some guests may be required to wait in their cars until the space is prepared to allow them in.

All staff has been retrained on policies related to sanitization and cleanliness at the Store.
EXCLUSIVE SHOPPING Soapmakers Paradise has included windows of opportunities for customers who would like to visit the store with no other customer present. This can be accessed between 7:30am to 9am or 5pm to 7pm from Monday to Saturdays. A convenience cost of $200. will be charged for these exclusive shopping spots. These exclusive spots must be booked at least one week in advance. To book a spot, please call us at 232.3623. FEEL LIKE DELIVERY ? We offer a delivery service via ttpost at an extra cost of $50TTD to any part of Trinidad and Tobago. If interested in accessing our delivery service, kindly send a WhatsApp message to our delivery number (868) 294.0960 between the hours of 9am -3pm Monday -Saturday.
TO KEEP OUR GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES SAFE, WE ASK ALL CUSTOMERS TO: •
Refrain from visiting the store if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.

Refrain from visiting the store if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/ directive.

Respect the store’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes.

Always use the hand sanitizer machine and check for safe body temperature before you enter the store. If the machine reads a high temperature, you will be asked to stay outside for 5 mins then re-check your temperature again. If it reads normal, you may enter the store, if it is high again you cannot enter.

Refrain from eating/drinking while on the compound, especially inside the store, this is an enhanced safety measure.
