KICKIDLER IS THE NEW GENERATION EMPLOYEE MONITORING SOFTWARE The main purpose of Kickidler is automation of functions of control of personnel, information security and accounting of working hours.

Besides these functions, Kickidler can be used to optimize communications in the company, log the actions of workers for further analysis, correct the mistakes and train new specialists.

HOW KICKIDLER WORKS Kickidler’s software consists of 3 components: Server, Viewer and Grabber.

Also the first installed server in the company gets the web interface.

Server stores all data collected by the program.

Viewer is the program agent for monitoring employees and viewing reports.

It’s installed on the computer of the person who’s doing the monitoring.

Grabber is the agent for screen capturing. It’s installed on the controlled computers.

Web interface is where setup and coordination of all components of the program is carried out. It also has extended reporting system.

SCREEN VIDEO RECORDING – VIEWING THE HISTORY OF EMPLOYEE'S ACTIVITY AT THE PC Kickidler program records videos of everything an employee does at their computer (by default the frame rate of the video is 1 frame per second).

Storage time of videos can be configured individually (by default the storage period is 7 days).

Videos are stored in the special compressed format in the indexed database.

That significantly saves space; it also allows supervisors to search for the fragment they need by the set parameters.

Kickidler's unique function is a special filter that allows the supervisor to see the video of the history of user's activity of interaction with a certain program and website or the video of the committed violation. For example, an employee visited a job search website 8 times during the day, and each time he spent 1 minute there. It will take exactly 8 minutes to view the history.

It can also be done by browsing the history of violations in the reports on working hours with the help of the histogram of violations.
