The factory design features multiple internal courtyards instead of a single large one, creating serene green spaces that provide workers with areas to relax and rejuvenate. These courtyards, coupled with elevated terrain, integrate the campus’s green ideology into the factory’s design. The incorporation of vegetation helps to break down the building’s mass and blend it harmoniously with the natural surroundings, promoting a healthier and more pleasant working environment.

The inspiration behind this design concept is based on the fusion of a familiar and modern environment. Objective
The project aims to modernize the building, starting with a welcoming reception area on the ground floor, followed by four levels of innovative office spaces and a rooftop dining room. The interior redesign will focus on optimizing existing areas to create dynamic, flexible workspaces that accommodate the evolving needs of employees. The challenge lies in balancing functionality and flexibility while ensuring that the space requirements for all employees are met, ultimately fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
