SUPPORTING THE NEXT GENERATION Kianma Poll Herefords are major sponsors of the Herefords Australia National Youth Expo. Sponsoring Grand Champion Herdsman with a clipping chute, as well as age champions receiving a rake stand each.

Also taking a team of 7 head for ballot animals for kids coming from across the country as well as NZ. We love supporting the youth as much as we possibly can as we have both come up through the program, founding both their studs from heifers donated to the youth show.

We love to see the kids faces when they're getting to have a go, learning new skills and achieving goals.

WELCOME TO OUR 2ND ANNUAL SALE Welcome to the second Annual Spring Spectacular Bull and Female Sale for 2022.

Well, what can we say about this year…… What a year to remember, record rains, record cattle prices, global meat prices hitting record levels and a global protein shortage on the horizon. There has never been a better time then now to invest in genetics to capitalise on the exceptional market opportunities that are now presenting themselves for commercial and seedstock producers across Australia.

This years sale offering combines genetics from the very forefront of our herd combining the tried and tested offspring of Mawarra Outstanding L140 and the first offering of our exceptional walking sire, Eathorpe Precision P040. These calves have impressed us immensely and we cant wait to see what the future holds for them within our program as well as the future purchasers. The genetics offered this year are from the heart of our herd, from tried and tested cow lines such as the Princess and the proven and ever reliable Matchless family.

This past year has seen us busier then ever, ensuring we are continuing to grow both as a business and a family. Both Blair and Riley are finding a passion for animals and farming which makes all of this more exciting for Nikki and myself.

We are excited for what the future holds for our family and our herd. Thank you to those who have and continue to support the Kianma Program.

SALE INFORMATION GETTING HERE: “Gunning Park”, 184 Woodlawn Lane, Forbes NSW is home to Kianma Poll Herefords. Located 23km west of Forbes NSW. From Forbes 1. Take the Johnston Street/The Bogan Way out of town for approximately 7km 2. Turn left onto Burrawang/Yarrabandai Road and follow for 16km 3. Turn into Woodloan Lane on your left (blue mailbox) 4. Follow Woodlawn Lane over three grids and arrive at Gunning Park From Parkes 1. Heading south on the Newell Hwy towards Forbes, turn right onto Daroobalgie Road just south of the heavy vehicle chekcing station near CWLX. 2. Follow for approximately 9km to the T-intersection, turn right onto The Bogan Way towards Bogan Gate and follow for 1km 3. Turn left onto Burrawang/Yarranbandai Road and follow for 16km 4. Turn into Woodloan Lane on your left (blue mailbox) 5. Follow Woodlawn Lane over three grids and arrive at Gunning Park

TRANSPORT: There is to be no transport on sale day unless prior arrangement is made with Kierin, we will endeavour to assist with transport where possible. Stock awaiting delivery will be held at no cost for a period of one week. Every care will be taken with the animals but no responsibility will be accepted.

REFRESHMENTS: Light lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea will be provided. At the conclusion of the sale we strongly encourage everyone to stick around for a social evening and a beverage or two.

INSPECTION: All cattle can be inspected from 9am on sale day. If you wish to inspect the sale draft prior to this please contact Kierin on 0427 141 091.

HERD HEALTH: All animals have certificates for breeding soundness and are up to date with drench and 7in1 vaccinations as well as having an Ultravac Longrange vaccination. JBAS score 6.

ACCOMODATION: We recommend staying at any of the following motels: Town & Country Motor Inn, Ben Hall Motor Inn, Lake Forbes Motel or Country Mile Motor Inn. If you need assistance with accomodation please contact us.

AUCTIONSPLUS: The sale of these animals will be included in the AuctionsPlus Stud Stock Sale for Sepetmeber. This is not a standalone sale.
