David Killpack is a co-founder and principal of Triumph Design-Build, a design and construction firm based in Utah. He has overseen the procurement and execution of public and private development projects, including residential, municipal, and commercial work. His experience includes procurement, entitlement, compliance, bidding, and construction management.

Bachelor of Science - University of Utah Juris Doctorate - University of Idaho

As CEO and a principal of Triumph Design Build, Jim Allred has 37 years of experience, and specializes in municipal, single-family and multi-family residential projects. Jim is uniquely qualified to offer the knowledge and services of architecture, landscape architecture and construction management.

MAC JENSEN
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR
A seasoned investment professional with nearly 30 years of experience in global finance. He currently leads investment sourcing and institutional outreach at Umergence, leveraging an extensive international network developed over decades of deal-making and advisory work. Over his career, Mac has closed transactions totaling in the billions, including individual transactions in excess of $1billion. Mac loves finding great investments and sharing them with institutional investors.
EDUCATION:
B.A. in Economics and English from the University of Utah and an MBA from NYU Stern’s TRIUM program, jointly awarded by the London School of Economics and HEC Paris.
With a career that bridges both the real estate and tech industries, Kelly brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience. Over the past two decades, she has led teams, shaped company cultures, and navigated complex negotiations.
Today, despite her success in tech, Kelly’s true passion lies in real estate. Specializing in the luxury market, she draws on her extensive background in negotiation, service, and strategic thinking to guide clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions.
