Loft Apartment Retail Speciality Restaurant Boutique Hotel
LOFT APARTMENT
Loft apartment with coastal concept that combines beach theme and minimalist into its interior design. The selection of concepts based on the hobby of the client is surfing. The use of dominant wood material makes the space feel warm. Blue as a focal
point also contrasts with neutral colors, so the space has an atmosphere like being on the coast.
RETAIL PROJECT
It has a minimalist concept and also incorporates
incorporates feminine elements into this design.
SPECIALITY RESTAURANT PROJECT
Modern Italian restaurants use darker and more matte colors but don’t give off a gloomy impression. Most modern Italian restaurants also use simpler forms but the Italian characteristics are still there.
The style for the design of this specialty restaurant is Italian Modern. This style pays attention to Italian ornaments combined with modern elements so that the resulting design does not seem old-fashioned
BOUTIQUE HOTEL PROJECT
The location of the boutique hotel is on Jl. Jend Sudirman, Bandung City, which is a Chinatown area surrounded by shops. The interior design will be made with a locality approach where the shop building design area it becomes a prominent aspect of the environment in the Chinatown area. The shape of the building is a shop house type so that the urban atmosphere is more emphasized
Ornaments that are characteristic of China combined with the simple shape of the bed and side table make the atmosphere of the Chinese urban style felt in this bedroom.
