Barr-Co.TM is made up of wholesome ingredients including colloidal oatmeal, shea butter, mineral salts and other natural botanicals. All products are handcrafted in small batches in St. Louis and visually styled to represent the Americana pioneer era of tonics, tinctures and elixirs. They are packaged in an array of glass milk bottles, muslin sacks and tinware. All of our products are free from parabens and petrochemical surfactants, and always cruelty free.

Payment
• Payment will be required at the time of shipment

• Net 30 terms will be evaluated after 3 pre-paid orders and are subject to approval by K. Hall Studio’s credit policies

• A finance charge of 15% will be added to all past due accounts
• All collections paid by customer
• Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Backorders under $75 and over 90 days old from the original ship date will be automatically canceled upon multiple failed attempts at payment authorization
• Orders/re-orders must be placed within 6 months to maintain an active status Shipping

• Standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground Delivery and UPS Ground Delivery, this does not include Saturday delivery
• Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier

All items are sold by the case, one tester per case per item. Orders/reorders must be placed within 6 months to maintain an active status.

K. Hall Studio, LLC utilizes a Regional Freight Program to negotiate better shipping costs and pass the savings along to you. The following Terms & Conditions apply:
• Fr eight does not include additional charges (lift gate, inside delivery, residential delivery). Please advise K. Hall Studio of any special delivery instructions at the time of order.
• Orders shipping by pallet will be assessed a $5.00 per pallet fee, in addition to the freight cap.
• Customers who are not in the continental United States, please contact K. Hall Studio for freight quotes.
* F edEx/UPS ground shipment will only be used if the shipment is small enough and K. Hall Studio feels the item can be safely shipped by small parcel delivery. Otherwise boxes will be combined onto a pallet for safer shipping. Freight costs subject to change without prior notice.
