mbulatory Healthcare Services (AHS) is a health system facility of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA). Offering a unique combination of diagnostic and treatment services of a hospital with personalized care of a healthcare center, AHS is ideal for patients seeking quality medical care in an accessible and affordable setting without visiting a hospital. A continuum of care is ensured as patients are treated in the facilities. Qualified healthcare providers manage and monitor a patient’s condition continuously. Depending on an individual patient’s condition, their care can be coordinated with other specialist services or providers by referral to specialized ambulatory centers, admission to an acute care hospital or a long-term care facility. AHS has recently become the first organization across the world to achieve the ‘network accreditation’ from Joint Commission International (JCI).
