This project focuses on developing a unique and innovative mix-use building in Werribee, Victoria. Strategically located between Geelong, Melbourne’s Central Business District (CBD), and Hoppers Crossing, Werribee serves as an ideal site for a multifunctional development that can attract a diverse range of visitors and residents. The building, with a small footprint and 10-15 stories, will incorporate residential spaces alongside a mix of creative, recreational, educational, and community-oriented facilities. Given Werribee’s hot climate, the project will emphasize sustainable design strategies to provide a comfortable environment for all.
Werribee Mix-Use Development is envisioned as a dynamic and forward-thinking project that seamlessly blends residential, recreational, educational, and community programs into a vertically integrated building. With its strategic location, sustainable design, and diverse programmatic offerings, this development aims to become a landmark in Werribee, significantly enhancing the quality of life for both residents and visitors.
The primary objective of the Werribee Mix-Use Development is to create a dynamic space that encourages community interaction while offering a wide range of activities and services. The building will host residential units spread across several floors, providing modern living spaces that cater to individuals and families alike. In addition to residential amenities, the development will include creative and educational spaces such as a Virtual Reality Art Gallery, Sustainable Fashion Design Studio, and an Artificial Intelligence Cafe, all of which will offer immersive and educational experiences that appeal to various interests.

HALL OF DEMOCRACY : santap
SANTAP is Brisbane’s Food Theatre which is designed to fulfill society’s one of basic needs, food. The building will demonstrate how humanity can restore their pre-COVID19 lifestyle in the new social condition through democracy based on consent. Consensus Democracy in particular is being applied in the process of designing the program for the building and its surrounding landscape. The program concept is deferred from people’s usual action in performing democracy and resulting in the creation of a social ecosystem that would be categorized into three programs, to take, to give and to share. It’s a food theatre, so people would eat here, and thus the program to take. In the 'to give program, local business owners of food industry and groceries can start up their shop in the theatre and given space to develop their network and they can also give back to the people in dire need of nutritional food like runaway and homeless. In to share program, sharing knowledge and experience through food battles and cooking performance from famous chefs will be available for all to access in the Food Theatre.
