2 BARRIO LABS TYPE: COMMERCIAL SITE: BARRIO LOGAN, SAN DIEGO Barrio Labs is located in a part of San Diego that showcases the vibrant art and culture on every street. The design aim of this project was to encompass that creative spirit and encourage it further.

CREATIVITY + COMMUNITY - A group effort to provide access to multiple resources and have a gathering space for all creatives to share their energy.

Through community partnerships, we hope to inspire younger generations to cultivate their interests and talents.

- Older generations are hesistant to the changes that millenials & gen-z are trying to bring about. We want to provide a space where they can learn from eachother and improve the social fabric of the community.

The Barrio Labs FLAB is dedicated towards empowering creatives across the board. It includes machinery that serves every creative purpose and helps young and older generations in their exciting new ventures. By creating a resource that enables community partnerships, the FLAB is a space that promises the birth of new projects. The FLAB utilizes a fabricated screen around the perimiter to allow for interaction between the outside and inside.

4 ARIZONA VACATION RENTAL TYPE: RESIDENTIAL SITE: SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA This project includes the design for three guest bedrooms to accomodate guests comfortably and embrace the beauty of Arizona. The usage of reliable materials and vendors was important to accomodate the wear and tear of a rental property.
