KGC is a place to tell your story. We focus on getting to the heart of who our clients are and making brands that are human centered.

Use this guide as a starting point in selecting your service and to get to know us a little bit better. If you have any questions, give us a call so we can chat about the weather, our horoscopes, and get started building the perfect package for you.

THINK TANK This 90-minute strategy meeting takes a look at where your business is at now and builds a multi-page plan for where we think you should go in the future. A great touch up service for previous Brandover clients or if you're someone feeling stuck and not sure where to go.

DIRECTOR Story Telling IRL: For in-person events, activations, and photo and video campaigns for your brand. We'll serve as a liaison for creative productions and provide planning, on-site, and post-production support.

*We also partner with a team of designers to create websites in Shopify, Wordpress, and Weebly.

PROJECTS You may have everything you need for your brand and still struggle to find the right words. Set yourself up for success with copywriting for pitch decks, inserts, press releases, grant applications, events, workbooks, etc.

The BRandover From $3,500

A cohesive brand strategy is a stepping stone to everything that comes next. We want to capture the magic of your story and turn it into a brand that attracts your ideal customer.

PHASE ONE: 1-2 Weeks We start by getting to know who you are. If you're a new brand, we want to know you as a founder and your idea for your new business, product, and service. Tell us everything from the first napkin scribble to the initial reaction. If you're already an established business looking for a rebrand, we'll add on to this first step by conducting an audit of your current business messaging, reviews, and feedback tor round out our research phase.

PHASE TWO: 2-3 Weeks After our research and listening phase, we'll start to frame the archetype of your brand story.

We'll come back to you with the important pieces that we've heard plus what we recommend based on your goals. This may include both visual and written elements to get all of the concepts refined and presented for up to three (3) rounds of feedback.

PHASE THREE: 1 -2 Weeks We produce the full brand guidelines and brand story. We put the final touches on your social media, email, and IRL marketing strategies and discuss how to bring this from a really shiny pdf to a reality.

The Makeover From $3,500

It's time to rethink how you show up online. This package helps you build a custom wesbite from start to finish.

PHASE ONE: 1-2 Weeks You already have a clear idea of who you are as a brand. This first phase will help us identify the user experience you'd like your customers to have online, web pages needed, product or service listing, and external pathways needed for lead management. We'll build your wireframe and copy outline from here.

PHASE TWO: 4-6 Weeks We build your website. Working from the home page to checkout page, we'll write copy for approval and incorporate it into your design.

Most clients will see up to three (3) drafts of the website before we put the final touches on and sync all of your systems. Be prepared to give detailed feedback so our team can implement changes and be prepared to bring fresh new photography that aligns with your brands mission.

PHASE THREE: 1-2 Weeks Before we wrap up your final draft, we'll lead 2 30-minute trainings with you and your team so you know how to make quick edits and changes.

We'll finalize any SEO, Google Analytics, and Tracking to make sure it's synced to your internal systems and help you prepare for launch.

FAQ: Why can't I use the copy from my Brandover for my website?

You probably will you some of it. The Brandover focuses on getting to the heart of your brand story and your mission and vision for the future. It's an amazing document that can be used internally or externally to align your teams. Website copy is written with the intention to bring that story to life in a way that converts. We take into consideration your design, function, and user experience to write copy that works externally. If you only use the copy from the Brandover in your website, it may not convert as well.

THE SOCIAL GURU From $2,300

You already run a business. If you don't also want to be a full-time content creator, let us take it off your plate. Here are some of the ways that we work in social media management.

PHASE ONE: Month One

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

We have to define the direction you're going to figure out where you're headed next. We'll start by reviewing your brand strategy, business goals, and each social media account to define what works and where we can improve. We'll quickly work to build an ideal feed, content calendar, community engagement strategy, and plans for escalation.

Social Roadmap: 30-Day Content Calendar with Format Ideas, Topics, and Captions Monthly Insight Reporting

PHASE TWO: Month Two and On Once we've set up with a plan, let's get to posting. In a Social Roadmap, you'll receive a 30-day editorial content calendar with overall topics, format ideas, and sample captions. Mix them up how you like and we'll connect monthly on insights.

In the Full-Service Social Management, we'll fully manage all of your accounts, posting, captions, content creation for graphics, editorial calendars and report bi-weekly on insights.

Full-Service Social Media Management Monthly Editorial Content Calendars based on your Brand Strategy Bi-Weekly Insight Reporting Campaign Development Digital Ad Copy Influencer & Partnership Management Graphic Content Creation within Brand Guidelines *All Social Clients are responsible for their own photography and videography unless otherwise noted. What does this mean? We can take some photos and create some video content but we highly recommend partnering with a professional photographer and videographer on a regular basis to make sure you have a current collection of assets that are up to the latest trends and match your business goals and campaigns. This way, we always have current images and aren't using the same product photos on repeat.

The Brandover: Brand Strategy for Growth Product Development Launch Strategy

After facing the loss of T/D/R CoFounder, Betsy, Ariel Upton approached KGC to refresh their decade old brand that started as a lunch between two women that were four decades apart in age.

In phase one, we determined that the brand wasn't selling a journaling practice but they were selling connection. We recentered the brand story around connection , got clear on the offering, and created two new products: The Share - a monthly subscription group and The More Connected Challenge to open the brand to entirely new audience. In Q4 2021, KGC joined forces with BPP to coordinate full-service social media strategy in coordination with their marketing and PR team. As a seasonal business, we had 12-weeks to reach their annual business goal and connect with a new market.
