HOW WE WORK
Hours Communication
We're open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 4PM EST. We celebrate most holidays and encourage you to do the same. We'll always let you know if we ' re OOTO or need to reschedule a meeting.
We may send a text or hop on a quick call but email helps us keep everything in one place and respects the time we may be dedicating to other projects. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Questions

The KGC Portal
Your home base is the KGC Portal: Sign in here
In the portal you'll find copies of contracts, proposals, forms, email communication, upcoming meetings, and invoices. Unless previously communicated, your password is your email address on file.
Deliverables
All of your documents/drafts will be saved to a custom Google Drive Folder and delivered via email.
Meeting Location
We'll create one recurring meeting link for you to use throughout at KGC. Save it to your notes for easy access

It happens! Please let us know at least 12-24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedules accordingly. If you ' re going to be more than 15 minutes late, we recommend rescheduling

Yes! We welcome collaboration of all kinds so we can be better together. Just let us know who else you want as a stakeholder in your project and we'll include them

At any time, you can book a new meeting here. We can't wait to hear it! Share. Share. Share. However, If it goes too far outside your scope, your project timeline and fees may be adjusted but we ' re always happy to accommodate
To pause, alter, or cancel your project, connect with KG directly to see which option is best for you Your project fees are non-refundable but may be available as credit towards a future project. Please see the Term & Termination Agreement within your signed contract for proper course of action.
