A. Postgraduate in communication, MBA, or any other with relevant experience in communication, monitoring, documentation management
B. 10-12 years of relevant work experience in development sector
C. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both orally and in writing, and ability to read, interpret and apply written information.
D. Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills, including the use of software and other web-based systems.
E. Experience working with International NGOs or equivalent, drafting documents, and providing hands on support to projects.
F. Clear and compelling expository writing skills in English, with high skills in grammar, voice, and spelling.
G. Must possess strong and effective organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; as well as the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
H. Ability to lead and drive the project with a vision to achieve transformational change
I. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

II. TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop the reporting formats /survey forms, project monitoring system in consultation with project lead
Generate monthly, quarterly and triannual and final project report and analysis of the project’s activities and outcomes
