Google Play Not Working

Google Play Not Working Check your date and time settings Google checks the date and time of your Android smartphone in the Play Store. If the store can't find a time, it could cause some problems. Google's servers might have a hard time syncing with your device and getting your Play Store to act. To fix this problem, you need to go into Settings on your Android device. Under System, you should see Date and time. Touch here and you will see if your phone is on the automatic date and time provided by your network. If it isn't already, you should activate it. If your device is on automatic and your Google Play Store is still not working, then you need to manually set the date and time. You must first disable automatic date and time. Then start by entering the date and time as accurately as possible. If Google play doesn't work, don't worry, there are still many more solutions to get your Google Play Store working again. Clear Google Play Store cache In some cases, you can get the Play Store working again by simply flushing the cache. The cache is a storage area that temporarily contains data so that it can be quickly retrieved without reloading. This could solve your problem and emptying it is easy. First, go to Settings from the home screen of your smartphone. Next you need to go to your apps or app manager, it depends on your device. From there you should be able to scroll down and hit Clear Cache or you may have to go to Storage first and then Clear Cache. Once this is complete, go back to your Google Play Store and see if your issue has been resolved. If not, you should try one of the other solutions here. Clean up your Play Store data Deleting your data from the Play Store is similar to our first tip, but it deletes a lot more. It puts the app back where it started and gets rid of the saved information, hopefully including any faulty data that is causing the problem. Remember, when you do this, your files, settings, accounts, databases, and other information will be erased. You need to make sure you have the account login information as it will be removed from the Google Play Store account. To get started, head to your Settings and look for the Applications or the Application Manager. From there you should be able to scroll down to Clear data or go to Storage first and then Clear data.
