Michelle Liu is in charge of the origination and underwriting processes at CIT Real Estate Finance. She joined the company in 2012 after serving as assistant vice president at Emigrant Realty Finance. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Liu also sits on the educational panel committee of the New York Real Estate Lenders Association.
After spending eight years as a Realtor, Amiee Carr made the jump to the mortgage business. Before joining Atlantic Bay Mortgage in February, Carr was a loan officer at Southern Trust Mortgage, where guided clients through the entire mortgage process, from loan application to closing.

Tamera Harrison brings more than two decades of industry experience to her role as a mortgage loan officer at Planters First Bank. Throughout her career, Harrison has held a number of positions in the mortgage industry, including spearheading the mortgage vision of a community bank and serving as a mortgage loan officer at GMFS. Harrison is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and Middle Georgia Board of Realtors and was named their 2015 Affiliate of the Year. She was also named Affiliate of the Year by the Home Builders of Middle Georgia and has been recognized with the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia Platinum and Gold Awards. According to Harrison, the key to her success has been maintaining relationships with her client base by sharing her knowledge of the diversified products across the mortgage spectrum.

As Pavaso’s vice president of business relationships and government affairs, Nancy Pratt is responsible for managing the company’s strategic relationships on a federal and state level, and understanding key regulatory issues and laws that pertain to the company’s operations. She is involved with sales support, as well as the promotion and development of digital mortgage solutions throughout the title agent network and lender segment of the industry. Pratt has been in the mortgage and title industries for more than 32 years, and she has 12 years of experience in the eMortgage/eClosing space, which helped her play a key role in leading the go-to-market and implementation strategies for both of Pavaso’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau pilots. She is also a co-chair of the Mortgage Bankers Assocation’s MISMO eMortgage Group and a member of the Residential Technology Committee.

Nancy Alley has dedicated her career to driving innovation and leveraging technology in the mortgage industry. She has an extensive knowledge of cloud-based offerings thanks to her experience running Xerox Mortgage Services, the provider of the BlitzDocs intelligent collaborative network. Prior to her current role at Simplifile, she also spent eight years at GE Capital Corporation, evolving her product management and business development skills in mortgage banking technology. As a co-chair of the eMortgage Group at the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization, Alley is actively involved in driving adoption of industry standards.
