KEITH D. MURRAY FOUNDER AND CEO VRM MORTGAGES, PCV MURCOR AND HIGH TIDE SETTLEMENT SERVICES The founder of VRM Mortgages and PCV Murcor, Keith Murray launched his third company, High Tide Settlement Services, in 2015. The new company, which provides client-focused services for title and closing, has already experienced double-digit monthly growth in its first year of operation. Through VRM, Murray also established a new initiative to bring military veterans into the industry. Murray is a recipient of HousingWire’s 2015 Vanguard Award, and VRM was named a top business for 2015 by DiversityBusiness. The company also was named one of DiversityBusiness’s top African-American-owned businesses and one of the top privately held businesses in Texas.
