Location: 278 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang, VietnamScope of work: Schematic Design - Lead Project Software: : Photoshop - Autocad - Sketchup - Enscape SQ Footage : 1.220 m2, 2 Basements, 25 floors. Completed : 2021 - 2023 The Ascott Limited is seeing a soar in demand for its co-living concept, Lyf. In response, the brand has ambitious expansion plans across the Asia-Pacific region.
Lyf pronounced LIFE is a brand new serviced residence concept by The Ascott Limited, tagrgets a new generation of millennial travelers - a significant and growing market mad up digital nomads, technopreneurs creatives, and self-starters.

CONCEPT
City of the brigde Da Nang is located in South Central Coast geography zone of Vietnam. The terrain of Da Nang includes main lands and islands. Da Nang topography has mountains, hills, coastal plains, and marine areas. Steep and high mountains are concentrated in the west and northwest of the city. The mountainous terrain covers the large proportion of the total area with the height of 700 - 1,500 meters and the slope of over 40oC. A large area of headwater forests taking the responsibility for the protection of the ecological environment is concentrated in this area. Besides, low hills are interspersed with narrow coastal plains. The coastal plains are the lowlands influenced by the salinity of ocean. In Han River and Cu De river estuaries, the seabed topography is complex and creates some shoals. Bridges play key role in Da Nang topography connecting islands to mainland, riverbanks, high and low lands. Bridges are also urban features of the city in the past and present. Furthermore history is the bridge that connects the past with the present. Without history, we have no future. The past gives value to our present.

Complete: June 2021 The villa is located at Thai Nguyen city near Ha Noi capital and has a Modern French Style provides a stunning balance between sophistication a variety of different styles, incorporating bold new styles that blend seamlessly with more traditional design to provide a chic and stylish palette. The owners have changed the architecture to match with an interior design proposal that could give us more chances to create a new incredible staircase or architecture features make a villa more consistency.

The villa located at D2 Ho Chi Minh city and has a Minimalist Morden Style designed has been zoned to facilitate practical family life, with a decor palette that is neither overly feminine nor masculine, but rather settles softly in a stylishly neutral place right in the middle, the spacious residence allows for all rooms to be horizontally connected, blurring the lines between interior and exterior space.

Completed : 2021 - 2022 The Villa is located at Da Lat city and has Modern French Country-style that contain a rich variety of designs, materials, and details. The simple stone exterior of the 19th-century cottage offers a contrast to its country house and colorful interior. The surrounding trees and shrubs provide welcome shade. Looking for a retreat from their busy Ho Chi Minh life, the vacation villa has such a variety funtion and provided a European atmosphere for a big family enjoy and relax at there.
